The hotel in itself was overall great,the location is 1 minute from the beach and the rooms were very nice too. The check in was fast,efficient and friendly and they also gave us a complimentary drink of our choice at the bar which was a nice touch. The breakfast was limited but of a good standard and I enjoyed it everyday, the best thing about this place are the staff,who obviously enjoy their job and are courteous and friendly. Thanks to all of you.

For a place to sleep while enjoying the city, 5 of out 5. Ultra is similar to brands like Aloft where the rooms are clean, compact and modern. A great place to stay. Not designed for hanging out in the room or the hotel itself. That’s fine for when you plan to spend the day exploring or at the beach.

This cute little boutique hotel is very close to the beach. The receptionist Christina was also very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the two free drinks at the bar and the fresh breakfast in the morning. We would have loved to stay longer but had a tour to catch in Jerusalem.

Awesome hotel. Great staff they really made my stay special. 2 blocks from the beach. close to everything including public transportation. Nice rooms with nice amenities. I would highly recommend staying there. We stayed there 4 nights.

My experience with the hotel has been horrible. I was traveling to Israel on April 2020 and had to cancel due to COVID. Everybody returned my money except this hotel. They told me they could give me part of money back but then gave me a bunch of excuses and ended yp with a credit. After I make the arrangements to travel to the other side of the world, they tell me that my credit can only be used until December 2022, I am traveling in March 2023 (less than 3 months later). Then they say they will give me 30% discount. But they rate they offered is more expensive than the online rate. These people are not ethic, they are not accommodating, and they do not put their customers first.

Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel, You had a nonrefundable reservation – a reservation that have strict non-refund rules, We went out of our way even though we didn`t have to, to offer you to use the payment that you paid for the hotel, and we gave you 2 years to do so, Finally, after more than 2 years you contact us asking to use the credit but the voucher that was given to you was expired – we got special approval to allow you to have a new booking due to the special circumstances with a large 30% discount for an additional year, Our only condition was that it will be a reservation that will be made directly through the hotel – also there you came and demand we will give you the discount from other channels and we refused. I like to mention as well that our personal experience with you was not pleasant at all, you were road and answer to our staff with a disdainful way. You were not willing to take any responsibility of any of the choices you made and put al the blame at the hotel staff. We tried our best to help but you choose not to arrive to the hotel. We can understand how upsetting it could be to have to cancel your tour and loose money I can only say we did try our best to allow you to use the payment in more than one way. We stand by all our sides of agreements and terms I can only hope you will learn to do the same.

We arrived around 1am and the young girl on the desk was amazing. Rooms brilliant, staff friendly and location fantastic. Snack bar available for free at anytime. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The best service that I have received from any hotel. I had a problem with a laundry shop and I had to go back home without most of my clores. But the hotel made sure that I had it back so they mailed it to my with no charges and a lot of good attention. Thank you Ultra Staff!

We stay in Ultra hotel for the 2nd time, and each time it is very cosy, friendly and tasty. Great bartenders and cocktails, which was very convenient for me to meet with friends while my child was sleeping in the room. Perfect location - supermarkets, farmacy, best street for shopping&eating nearby (Bogashov), and the beach with a very nice restaurant with a big menu, to enjoy breakfast, lunch or sunset with music. Big playground for kids on the beach as well. Looking forward to come back❤️
