Excellent 2 night stay. The hotel is very small which is not a bad thing. We were placed on the 7th floor after a few issues at check-in (I ordered twin beds and had them confirmed, only to check-in and be told that we had a double bed for 2 married men (not to each other). After being initially meet with the usual Israeli lack of customer service, the issue was slowly fixed. The rooms are very small but fine, we didn't plan on spending much time in them. The bathroom was good (apart from some dodgy tiling). The balcony is extremely small but its nice to be able to open a door and stick your head out. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the centre of Tel Aviv and a 30 second walk to the beach. Its easy to get to everything, however absolutely nobody in Tel Aviv has heard of the hotel. Whenever we tried to get a taxi, we had to get out because they hadn't heard of it. I asked please at other hotels and they also had not heard of it. So we found a nearby landmark and asked for that when getting a taxi instead. Ilan was excellent as were the team at breakfast. Breakfast was very impressive and the coffee machine was nice when coming back in after a days sightseeing. We had a breakfast box for the early start (which isn't anywhere near as good as the actual breakfast), however the staff did make this known to us. Looking at other reviewers photos, it appears the hotel has a bar on the top floor. We would have used this if we were told about it. We saw lots of other impressive hotels in Tel Aviv, so I probably wouldn't stay here again, however it was good for what we needed. …
We stayed here for four nights, we had a basic room on the first floor. Nice and clean, good bed (160cm), well planned little bathroom with a good shower. Tiny quarter balcony the whole room is very small (13m). The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not included, but we chose to eat there and it was an order excellent breakfast! Very well-presented with loads of variety. The position of the hotel couldn’t be better, 2 minutes to Jerusalem Beach fantastic beach, lovely sand and salty sea. It’s really well organised on Tel Aviv’s beaches with sun-beds, chairs and umbrellas - loads of activities and restaurants. I found it interesting that the hotel was targeted in a terrorist attack in 1975 and there is a plaque commemorating the losses on the facade. We would come back again, hopefully get a bigger room.…
Good location Friendly staff Clean rooms Close to the beach Breakfast additional to room Great views from the terrace No car parking but car park near by Near great places to eat Helpful staff Can book tours from the hotel Small and a great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at The Savoy Hotel. The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful. The hotel location is right next to the beach, the food is amazing and the treats are lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The tours company they work with are excellent with the best tour guides we have ever met. Overall it's the perfct place, we had the best stay we could wish for and I wouldn't recommend any other hotel!!! We are so grateful to the whole team. Thank you!!!!!!
Great location situation minutes walk from Jerusalem Beach and walking distance from Dizengoff and Jaffa. The rooms were adequate and clean with wooden floors - value for money ; added appeal was happy hour , plate of fruit left in our room and friendly service added to the personal touch
Hotel took 500 shekels as returnable deposit. Hasn't refunded the amount yet. Check out was on 03 Sep 2022 ,refund was promised within a week. The double bed room was tiny and cramped. It was difficult for two adults to fit into it. Staff was courteous.
The positives are the location right at the beach and the helpful and friendly reception staff always happy to answer questions and provide a good service. We were greeted very warmly and offered complimentary water, biscuits and wine. We were also given towels for the beach and tea/coffee through the day. The negatives were the poor sound proofing, (there was a constant noise from some outside installation), the rooms not cleaned very well with hair and sand remaining on the floor, in the drawers and cupboards after housekeeping service was completed. Uncomfortable beds in the twin room and poor bathroom conditions in need of renovation. The rooms are small but that was not an issue. We did not go for the breakfast for all days as it was lacking in options for vegetarians. The one and only time I did try the breakfast it was average at best. Upon waking in the morning we were shocked and upset to find that there was a wormlike creature in the bathtub. (I have a photo and video from one morning) This happened twice in the space of a 6 night visit. For the price we had to pay we are not getting our moneys worth and I was disappointed with the overall experience at the Savoy sea side and so I would not recommend this hotel.…
The room and the hotel is very clean, staff is amayzing, always looking to help you. we were with an 8-month-old baby and everything was perfect. the hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants and shops.
We arrived at the Savoy with our friends on the 29th July. The man that greeted us was very friendly. Hi f course we arrived too early so he locked our luggage in the back room. He then offered us coffee and nibbles are always there 24/7. Our experience here was always very friendly. The breakfast is plentiful. Omelette’s well made. Coffee also was very good. They also had muesli fresh fruit yoghurt and of course pastries. Very helpful. For a small hotel it was just perfect. Great location 2 seconds from the beach. Will definitely come back.
