We were four nights at Galileo hotel in Tel Aviv. The staff in the reception was rude, seemed to be very bored and was unpolite. Room 101 was noisy because of the pub downstairs and there was also really bad smell in the room all the time. The aircondition was set too high without an option to lower it. For...

Thank you for your comment and we are sorry you haven't enjoyed your stay at our hotel. Guest service is paramount for us and we are taking your remarks very seriously. All of our rooms have independent A/C which the guests can control from the room yet we will look into the matter in room 101 in which you'd stay....

Terrible location, small rooms, dysfunctional showers, no elevator, cramped stairs, out-of-date, run-down facilities, narrow backstreet location, graffiti-covered neighborhood. We were quite shocked to realize that our USD 95 room was so shabby, but it was too late to change. We recommend staying just about anyplace else. Note that the Jacuzzi in each bathroom does not work, but just takes up...

We are very satisfied with this hotel which is worth for the money. Stuff is very helpful and rooms are clean. No noise during nights. Very close to the main Alenby street from where you can go anywhere in Tel Aviv.

The location was great - near Allenby, the beach, good restaurants, Carmel Market (and the neighbor seems to be a lively bar for those of you who enjoy some good local company and drinks). The rooms were small, but had everything you need (personal safe, shower/bath, tv, hair dryer, etc.). If the weather is nice, go upstairs to the rooftop...

This small hotel is ideally located in a central location with most sights within walking distance. Very clean room and facilities serviced regularly. Staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is 5 mins away so all bases covered.

As it is a very small hotel, we felt really at home. The room was not that big, but beds were comfy and clean. Staff nice and helpful, speaking english very well. We had a room to the backyard, so there was very little noise. Only one night our room neighbours did party till four, this was not funny. Location...

Staff members were miserable and unhelpful, from the beginning to the end of the stay.. The hotel itself was okay -- nothing fancy but decent. The location was very nice and convenience. But my heavens a miserable staff member (or, in the case, two or three) can really deter one from considering returning to the hotel.

The pictures of the hotel show it in a much much better light than it really is. As tel aviv is expensive this place was average but I did feel slightly ripped off. Location is good and room size is decent. However the Hotel is very dated and needs updating and a little bit of money spending on it. The...

This is not a glamorous hotel, but our room was clean and comfortable and the artwork in hallways gave it character and charm. The roof terrace was great and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Its central location made it easy to walk to the seafront, Jaffa, the market and the many nearby cafes and restaurants. Our room was...

This a falsely advertised HOSTEL posing as a hotel. When my husband and I pulled up our first thought was "this is not what we had in mind". It is surrounded by graffitied buildings, and they fail to mention it is situated on top of a bar! So we decide to check it out inside anyway. When the front staff...
