I loved this hotel and stayed five nights. It is central, clean, fun and comfortable. A wonderful Israeli breakfast served on the top floor, a roof terrace with amazing view, tea and coffee in the lobby and big comfy sofa to chill out on. Helpful staff. Rooms have windows that open, and I do like fresh air when I sleep....

A nice hotel with great access to the beach, the views have been slightly spoilt by the 2 new hotels/apartment blocks being built directly in view. The breakfast is very good & lives up to all the reviews even if you go there just before they are due to finish. The staff are excellent, every single member we encountered were...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our Hotel. Your comments are valuable as they help us to continually improve our service. I liked the position of the hotel which is near the city center and near the beaches. I also liked breakfast which was rich in assortments. Another thing I liked was the fact that the hotel offered coffee and other hot drinks to the customers all day long in the lobby But what I did not like outnumber the things...

Dear Guest, I am sorry you felt our hotel did not meet your expectations. From the beginning we did all that was within our power to make your stay pleasant. You received a room upgrade and checked in to a Superior sea view room instead of the Economy room you paid for. We upgraded all of our mattresses just two...

So, ok the Hotel is a little different and not the newest one, fine. But a wall socket was open with no cover and it could be a little cleaner. Since it is in a crowded area it is also not really silent. But, Breakfast on the roof top, free coffee in teh Lobby and helpful staff.
