Booked via online, prepaid site but they did not get the reservation and insisted on me paying again. After dozens of phone calls, I refused and stayed elsewhere. The building bears no resemblance to the photos. It is falling apart, disorganized, not professional at all. Avoid this location.

To say that the pictures are false advertising would be an understatement. When the taxi first dropped me off in front of the building, I thought for sure he made a mistake. There was a giant dumpster blocking the entrance (filled with trash). I don't think it's been moved in months (and was there the whole time I was there)....

Horrible hotel: dirty bedsheets, dirty bed, empty room, not even toilet paper or a trash bean in the bathroom, no shower curtain, sand in the shower... And no one at the reception to explain where the room is! I arrived at 4 in the morning, was woken up at 7:30 by workers in the rooms across the hall. They gave...

I arrived at night after a long trip from the US and could not get into the apartment. An email was sent right before my arrival with instructions on how to get in, but I did not have access to the email because I am on an American cell phone plan. The next morning, loud construction in the apartment above...

We were there on a Jewish new year's eve and the rest of the holiday . We got a great price ,we wereabout 350 meters from the beach and just 50 meters from the local synagoge . Above all, we got to stay till the holiday was over around 8 p.m ,so the price we paid was more than fair.

Okay, this is a relatively cheap place for the Tel Aviv beach area so you know to expect it not to be spotless and that is what we found, including some hygienic bandages in the bathroom and fuzzy things floating around in the water boiler. You also expect that there will be some broken appliances and again that is what...

We traveled as a family of 6. We add two apartments. The beds are ok, but I recommend skipping the couch, I did sleep on the floor for the benefit of my back. The beach is very close, as i Allenby street and the carmel market. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This is a non-service place, so don't...

“Avoid the basement rooms at all cost! It's moldy, dark, and in the parking garage. Ask for a renovated room. They don't provide ANYTHING. So get your own drinking water, and toiletries. There's a supermarket close by.”
