When we were walking through one of the surrounding neighbourhoods to get to this accommodation on the first day, I really was dreading to think what I had booked, to be honest it was really run down, and people just genuinely didn't have any pride in their town. When we got to the accommodation (once we had phoned and been directed to a different entrance - on a different street to the one in the property details) we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was fabulous! Very modern and very homely. We were able to save some money as we were able to have breakfast and snacks in the room. If you come out of the accommodation and walk alongside the dual carriageway, you can easily forget how run down the neighbouring town is. You are also a 20minute walk to Carmel market and the beach. We walked to the Florentin neighbourhood and ate at Nina's which was stunning, the food was awesome. Overall we were happy with the accomoation, would happily stay again, staff made you feel welcome.

That is one of the best places ever!!! Staff can’t do enough for you- so friendly, so helpful. Endless hospitality !!! Please ignore the negative reviews . The hotel is situated in such a convenient location, room was spotlessly clean, well equipped with all you may need for your stay and spacious enough. There’s a little coffee station with sweets as well a refreshment fridge. Upon arrival we were offered an early check in which was brilliant and went like a breeze. Upon departure we received all the info and help needed. Guys, we wish you every success. It’s well deserved

I experienced rats running freely around the area, bugs on the floor and in the bathroom, room in the cellar, completely ignoring customers. And the worst part - they charged my card an illegitimate payment, which they refused to justify or explain. I send them several mails, but they just ignored them and denied any charge when called by the intermediary. It was unwise from my side to just go for the low price. The worst customer experience I have ever had. If you book here, don't say that you haven't been warned.

I booked then read review(s) and really expected the worst!! However I was really pleasantly surprised. The area isn’t great, it’s noisy from the main rd; but I wanted to be near the train station so was prepared to put up with traffic noise. The accommodation itself is good. Spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Staff on the desk are friendly, respectful and helpful. Room was clean, rather basic but comfortable Staff were really friendly and helpful I’d stay there again! Thank you

I had the misfortune of booking here after I found it on Hotels.com, never have I seen a place where the pictures and previous comments had been so deceiving and never have I been so disappointed. The property is in a rough area of Tel Aviv, the building itself is at the end of it's life, if you put all the furnishings on the side of the road - I doubt anyone would pick them up. I left without checking in, found a coffee show with a table and WiFi and found alternate accommodations; I've heard of people that would rather sleep on the street than stay in a shelter - I never understood why until I saw this place. (NB: I paid Hotels.com $670.50 for my reservation, they agreed to refund $405.24 - so by making the mistake of booking here, I lost $265.26 - but - I gave that money up without hesitation, I honestly would never consider staying here.)
