It was not a luxurious stay, but you have all the basic needs for one or two nights in Tel Aviv. The place was clean, and when it was chilly, we turned on the heating on the AC. The contact of the accommodation was nice and helped us with printing the check ins for our flight. The hot water is tricky, you need to wait 25 minutes untill having a bath. We didn t stay too long in the room, as we left in the morning and came back at night.

The apartman located in the centre close to party places. The room was nice and comfortable but without windows...it was dark. The shower was really small and the water went everywhere inside of the bathroo .The host was kind and helpful.

We Needed a last minute place when we left the airport at 2am. Easy to get to and really great help from Charles to settle in. Appreciate the flexibility! Place was clean and was comfortable. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Especially becaUw it’s on the first floor so was easy to get in and out with a stroller.

It was ok and you can sleep there for sure, but it was definitely not what we were expecting. The flat is kind of “old” and the bad was not really clean. You can probably find a hotel for the same price.

Ceiling of the bedroom was not in proper conditions (there were holes covered with toilet paper!). We didn’t receive the information of our apartment number nor code in advance so we had to call them which made us spend money on an unnecessary international call. They gave us the wrong apartment at first (not the one we had booked), so we had to wait for half an hour or so to get into our room. There was a huge number of garbage bags with uses laundry and towels all over the halls.

A good location nearby good and upcoming neighbourhoods. Charles (host and housecleaning) was really helpfull and did a good job. Biggest issue was that the appartments are so low, when taller than 180cm, you can't stand up straight in (parts of) the appartment. The shower is 175cm high, you have to shower in a squat position...next to that, the shower was really old and shabby.

Everything other than the communication before the arrival was not satisfying.n The entire stay was horrible. Nothing was as it was described. The pictures online (booking.com) are simply a lie. 1) Contact via email before the arrival was good. We agreed on a Check In time anytime lather than 2pm. When I got to the apartment at 3pm, nobody was there. It took me 45 minutes to finally have somebody on the phone who was in charge. The contact details that were provided in one of the emails weren't a big help. 2) The person on the phone guided me to the room via phone. Without checking if I am the person with the reservation. Before entering the room he said: "Please open the door and see if the room is cleaned yet". In a good organization people should know which room is ready and which room is not. 3) The apartment was not close to the pictures that I saw online. I am well aware that pictures you see online are different to the reality but what I found in this apartment was something completely different. Everything in this apartment was old, broken or dirty. I don't mind having an apartment that is not 100% clean but there was a broken step on the latter to the upper bad which is very dangerous. There was dirt and dust everywhere. It should have been an easy thing to just vacuum the apartment before our arrival. 4) The entrance and the hallway were full of dirt. 5) The entrance to the apartment was just a small wooden door that could have easily been broken up. I didn't dare to leave any valuables in the apartment. Very unfortunate if you want to explore a city. 6) There area was different than described. It was about 30 min to the beach. Additionally it wasn't an easy that seemed very safe. I don't recommend people to walk around there on their own during the night time. The street was also very dirty and it stunk everywhere. If I would have paid 1/4 of the price I actually paid I would probably have been ok with it. But paying more than $180 a night I expect more.
