Our Story The Joseph Hotel was established in the Dahaf building, located at the intersection of Jerusalem Boulevard and Ben-Tzvi Road in Tel Aviv-Jaffa. The site was called the Jaffa Municipality Square by the locals after the Jaffa Municipality building, which was built there in 1935. The boulevard, now called “Jerusalem Boulevard", was established in 1915 by the Ottoman governor of Jaffa, Hass

I highly recommend the Joseph Hotel. We spent 3 nights. It looks great from the beautiful boulevard and it has a great design mixing modern and classic. You will be pleased by the professionalism and the kind attentions of the staff. Comfy king size bed. Well equipped.

My sweet boyfriend took me there for my Bday. We got a room full of cigarrete smell and not very clean (watch pictures). When we went to the receptionist he told us that he cant move us to another room, when we wanted to get refund and to get the hell out of there ASAP, the manager told the receptionist that a refund is not accepted. if its not enough, when we asked to speak to the manager diractly we where refused. I WILL NEVER RECOMMAND ANYONE TO GO THERE. Mistakes can happen but the way the hotel handled the situation was sad to watch and to expiriance! VERY VERY DISAPOINTING.

We stayed at the Joseph Hotel 3 nights. It's quite eye-catching inside, as everything follows the colour scheme black-green-white and gold, which is pleasant, and the position is conveniently just a few hundred meters from the flea market. We had no hot water at all on the first day, but the staff luckily managed to fix the issue while we were in town. Bed was fine, however the sound insulation of the room is almost non-existent. We could clearly overhear the loud italian guy next room, and also the traffic sounds coming from the street. Not the best situation if one has issues in finding some sleep. Globally I can say that maintenance and cleanliness could be better. Nothing extremely annoying, but dust was definitely noticeable on the many shelves of the room. Breakfast was good, except for the watered down juices, and the attendant was exceptionally careful and nice. All in all it was a mixed experience. The staff was really helpful and the position is convenient. The price, for Jaffa, was good, but despite that the structure seems to have some issues here and there.
