I stayed here with my family and about half my guests for my recent wedding in Tel Aviv. WOW. I was really amazed by how friendly and helpful the entire staff was, and how comfortable this hotel was! Without a doubt, I will be staying here for every other visit to Tel Aviv. Starting with the staff: Jane the maid was unbelievable and so incredibly friendly. I felt so safe having her around my things, including all the gifts and checks given to me by my guests for the wedding. I found her to be extremely trustworthy and just always around to help me with the smallest detail. Coming back to a clean room is always nice, but Jane made the room feel extra clean every time we came back. She truly was the best maid service in a hotel I've ever used. Moti at the front desk. This guy was also integral in making my stay feel peaceful when the days before my wedding was probably the most stressful time in my life! He made it super easy for us to change rooms, and stay in the same room well beyond our checkout time with no extra cost. So pleasant to work with. Very warm and loving. If you need anything, just ask! The facilities: Wow, okay, i felt like I was paying way more than I was for how nice the rooms were. Everything felt super high-class and elegant. The floors were all hardwood, not carpet (I hate carpet floors in a hotel room!), and the bathrooms were just gorgeous and clean. I would live there if I could! My sister ended up staying next door in the David Kempinsky hotel. Very flashy and nice hotel. I can see the appeal of why many people would like to stay there (my sister needed a bigger room for her 2 toddler boys and baby than what was available at the opera). While they had a really nice breakfast spread, keep in mind that you're in Tel Aviv, a city full of the best restaurants! I personally would rather go back to the Opera than stay at the Kempinsky hotel if given a choice (money not being a factor).... Also, carpet vs hardwood floors.... Opera wins there for me! My best tip is to be nice to the hotel staff, and ask for anything you may need. If they can accommodate it for you (like an 8pm checkout for your 12:30am flight, as we did), they'll do it!

Myself and friends stayed here for 4 days in November 2022 - it was a rather unique and bizarre experience! Bad points - the hotel pool was closed for the winter as it was “too cold” outside (peaking at 27c that particular day…) We weren’t told this at any point during booking or on check in. When we asked reception on day 2 that it was closed, they said they told us upon check in which was incorrect! Oh and the hotel next door had their pool open! It wasn’t too cold for their guests to enjoy…. - some of the staff are standoffish, unhelpful and downright rude. They need a lesson in hospitality management. (Examples… Having to ask three times for coffee after being ignored…. Requesting a taxi and being told “it’s too difficult” is awful customer service). Basically, it’s a task to them not a service and therefore it is up to their mood on the day if they will help you! Most often they could not be bothered and walked around the hotel with scowls on their faces. The exception to this was the lady Heaven on reception who was lovely. - lack of English speakers I learned the basic Hebrew phrases but as a supposed 4 star hotel catering for many international guests, their overall English was not good and this was a problem particularly in reception and at the spa. The masseus was OK but she could not speak a word of English which proved problematic and made a relaxing experience rather awkward by barking unknown instructions to me in Hebrew. My friend is also waiting for a refund for a cancelled massage that they were happy to take a deposit payment for, but then apparently have to fill in mountains of paperwork to process a refund…. - Good points - The gym - Rooms were spacious and clean - breakfast Overall an OK experience but it could have been a good experience quite easily if their staff were attentive and acted like they cared!

We have stayed in TA before but were looking for somewhere new (and available). This hotel was an excellent choice. Beautiful new rooms. AC was strong. Breakfast was solid. (Afternoon snack had very slow service). The only disappointment was that the pool area was 'closed for the season'. It would have beeen nice to be able to use the lounges even ifthey had the pool closed. There were multiple other hotels in the area with open pools because it was 70 degrees! I never call out employee names but Muti at the front desk was among the top-ten most congenial and helpful hotel employees I have encountered in 1000's of hotel stays around the world!

The hotel is very nice looking and our suite was lovely. but it ends there. The staff are so rude and not helpful. The breakfast was horrible ( which is so not like Israeli hotels) I am sat in the lounge observing people constantly complaining. NEVER AGAIN will we stay here . Coffe is also un drinkable.

Fabulous hotel in the best location for beaches with an amazing view from our room on the third floor. The balcony was quite big and the bedroom was large, super modern with a very comfortable king size bed. The large shower deserves a special mention and probably had the best spray head that I have experienced. Definitely a 5 star experience and will stay here again.

It is a beautiful hotel. There is definitely a communication problem if you are English speaking and can’t speak Hebrew. The rooms are spacious. There is only a shower in the bathroom ie no bath. The shower is modern and powerful. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom with a glass enclosure. This may be awkward for some people. We had a sea facing room. The rooms that overlooked the lobby would need to have their drapes (curtains) closed all the time. The pool and deck are very small but they do the job. It is very useful to have a pool during the hot summer months in Tel Aviv. The location is amazing! It is right across the street from the beach. Carmel market is a short stroll away. There are so many eating places nearby. The breakfasts are outstanding. I would stay here again.

We had a problem with the room we booked. Taken care of in an hour by Moti, the best reservations guy i ever met, and I'm in the hotel biz. Lovely room, great Israeli breakfast, wonderful staff. nice but small roof top pool. Waiters and waitresses from Ukraine... had emotional positive conversations. I'd come back

The amount of mistakes they did was unreal. My sister was getting married the day after, and she paid for the suite for 2 nights. When we came to claim the room, they said that we can’t get inside now, but only tomorrow because there was a problem with the room. Even tho she paid for a suite and in the reservation confirmation it was written she can check in at 15:00. Next morning, the AC stopped to work in all the hotel (35 degrees in tel aviv!!!! Hell) She is a freaking bride in her wedding day, and she was sweaty and sad all the day. Thennnn they told us that there won’t be running water between 22:00-5:00 and so they won’t be able to shower and get clean after the wedding! If that’s not enough - they didn’t clean the room!!! My sister and her husband got back to a filthy dirty room, the door was open, dirty towels and everything is messy. DONT EVER BOOK THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. the staff was so unprofessional and rude, it was insane. Do yourself a favour and DONT EVER COME HERE.

The hotel is in a great location right in the middele of the main beach area. The staff were amazing as they were so helpful and friendly. The reception and the waiting staff at breakfast could not be more herlpful and always with a smile. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. We could not wish for anything more from a hotel - Highly recommended.

Brand spanking new hotel, great location on the beach but also well located for many of the sights. Fab rooms and bathrooms. Main source of dropped marks is the slightly underwhelming breakfast (range and also keeping it stocked up), and also a bit of squeeze on table availability. A minor niggle is the apparent lack of staircases, the hotel is only three stories, the lift can get quite busy so sometimes it would be easier to simply use the stairs - if only they didn’t have Escher-like levels of complexity.
