Really nice hotel. Very welcoming and cosy. Staff was very helpful. Great idea with happy hour - got a variety of snacks with a glass of wine. Breakfast was good - good choice of food even for kids. Rooms were clean and really nice. Location is great with lots of cafes and shops nearby.
The hotel has a perfect location, opposite of Hilton hotel, close to the beach and 2 min away from restaurants. The interior is all decorated in a very personal European Beach Hotel style. The hotel manager was very kind to help me with any question and organized a massage service on top floor. The breakfast has a tremendous variety European and Israel style food. In the afternoon they serve a happy hour with drinks and small snacks from the kitchen.
small intimate hotel with welcoming staff. The design is beautiful and comfortable. There's also an enjoyable view to the meridian sea from the roof. I recommend it very much for a couple or a small family, the hotel is very quite.
Cane back for the second time to celebrate my birthday. This is a Lovely boutique hotel with intimate lobby, super nice staff and delicious happy hour and breakfast. The location is great for walking, near the beach and also Dizengoff. Highly recommended!
stayed a week at the shalom hotel and I loved it. I have never met such a friendly staff team as at this hotel. nothing is too much trouble everything is done with a smile and they all have a sense of humour. they are always laughing. the hotel is situated in an excellent position close to all amenities. it is very clean and although we were told it is ready for an update the rooms were nicely presented albeit small. the breakfast is plentiful with good choices and something for everyone. I am not a coffee drinker but became hooked on the cappuccino. The free happy hour was brilliant. with a range of different alcohol spirits and champagne. freshly made soup and various aperitifes were provided and you could have this as an evening meal if you were on a budget or did not want to go out after a full day travelling around the city. I could not recommend this hotel enough and I have stayed in some of the biggest and best. this is more than a job for the staff and managers. we would certainly go back. PS visit the Carmel market it is brilliant for goods and spices and I must not forget the bottle of complimentary champagne and chocolates left in room on New Years…
We celebrated the New Year's Eve with the family in this lovely hotel by the beach. The breakfast buffet is one of the best and the location is just perfect to walk to the beach or the lively streets with bars and restaurants. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the staff very friendly.
When we arrived to the hotel on Friday afternoon we met Avi from the front desk and we felt so welcomed. We understood that the room we booked was tiny, and we didn't like it.Amanda was very helpfull and arranged us a better room and we were very pleased. Ester,Rimona from house keeping also served us joyfully. Simona from the dining room was friendly and very helpfull. Generally the staff was great.
This hotel surprised us for the better. The staff was incredibly nice and efficient. The room, the bed, the amenities, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the food in the happy hour, we enjoyed the most. The location is great and we shall return.
Nice breakfast, amazing staff, evening treats. The room I reserved was very small. It was clean and our housekeeper was wonderful. I was sick for 3 of the 5 days we were there so mostly slept. The roof top lounge was quite nice for relaxing and getting some sun. Very nice location.
We loved this hotel — and we have stayed in many hotels in Israel. The lobby lounge is cozy and comfortable and classy and the breakfast outstanding — and the happy hour is incredible. The staff is warm and friendly and anxious to help. So comfortable!
