The Staff is very friendly, the rooms, at first sight, seem quite cool, the bed is comfortable. However, the room has a unpleasant smell, which goes away after thoroughly opening the window. But the bathroom was super dirty. Not only were the tiles not properly cleaned, there were small flies everywhere (at least 20 and even after we killed a few, the next day some more where there) the bathrobe had make-up stains from a previous use. The AC was sooo load, even though it was not turned on. Nearly impossible to sleep and the window was not clean, but not to bad, because our room didn’t have a view. We stayed in room 302, right next to the lobby. There is a sound proof door, when it’s shut, it’s ok, but unfortunately they would open the door and leave it open several times in the evening and in the morning and than you can hear anything in the room. Music from the lobby, people talking and it is impossible to sleep. We had to call the reception several times. They would always close the door, but after some time, it was open again. Very annoying. Overall it was ok for two nights, but would not stay there again. The lobby and restaurant in the lobby doesn’t have any windows, so you always have the feeling of being looked in. But breakfast was nice. The gym is super small, but works good enough for a small work out.

I was at Bobo for 6 nights and was a very bad experience. My room was dirty at check in, the bath tub had hair on it and the wardrobe was full of dust. All the furniture was full of dust. The room smelled like cigars. Also, the hotel is very noisy. I had to call the lobby twice to complain, both times it was past mid-night.

When we arrived we got a non-smoking room where someone had clearly smoked. On top of that we also got a double room even though we had booked a twin room. This however was rectified after we went back to the lobby. The room itself was fine, however the hotel is incredibly noisy, we heard our neighbours talk until really late and every time someone walked in the hallways we could hear. Lastly there is a rooftop pool, which looked like it was outside, it was however inside and heated. On top of that there was people smoking inside the pool, which to me seems incredibly gross. This was a huge disappointment to us. The breakfast also isn’t that worthwhile especially not with children or picky eaters.

We were there for my birthday. The hotel and reception staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. We received a pampering breakfast on Saturday morning even though we did not order in advance. The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants on the nearby Rothschild Street.

Old fashioned hotel in the centre of the city. People are lovely here and rooms are quite cool. Maybe some fixes to follow but nothing prohibitive. Had breakfast but not diner. This was delicious and people again are so gentle.

Great hotel, great facilities and staff, complimentary Cava and water on arrival is a great detail, and breakfast was amazing, the cheesecake is the best one I ever had! The only negative thing is the size of the rooms as they are small, but the design makes up for it! Many restaurants walking distance is a plus!
