I stayed here for a week and a half and I really enjoyed my stay.
rooms are really quiet and you can’t hear the train construction that is going outside (I was on the 9th floor). I’m a light sleeper and I had one of my best sleep here.
The bed is comfortable and both pillow and comforter are made of down/feathers which kept me cozy and warm.

Staff are extremely nice and helpful, from house keeping to front desk.

The only hiccup was when I just got the room and it was clear someone was there before me, one of the complimentary water bottle was opened and half empty and the coffee machine was used. It was late and I was tired, since sheets and towels were clean I didn’t mention it to front desk. It would be nice if staff can make sure the room is really clean before assigning it to guests.

In overall highly recommended.

This hotel is very new and as such its furnishings are all very good. The rooms are very pretty and the beds very comfortable. The location is ideal and in close proximity to everything in Tel Aviv. A major bus route is a few metres from the hotel allowing easy access to other parts of the city. Hahaganah train station is nearby which has a direct high speed train to Jerusalem (travel time less than 30 minutes). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Despite its central location, I was not disturbed by noise at any time of the day.

The BoBo was just coming back after the coronavirus, and although not everything clicked, the willingness and a dedication to guests' comfort was noticeable the moment you set foot in the hotel. Glasses of bubbly were offered. We parked underground free of charge, which is a big plus in Tel Aviv. The room was spotless, the mattress comfortable, the towels lush. Breakfast was included, not your standard Israeli fare, the hotel offered lentils, cooked vegetable, cheese inside Hibiscus flower bulbs, and a la carte eggs. A green leafy salad and fruit would go a long way in clearing the palette, offer plates for bread and butter, had to crowd the plate -- but otherwise, a very good experience

I’ve got mixed feelings about this place but not sure exactly why. Value for money? So:

We had interconnecting rooms which worked well for our 2+2 family. They were smaller than we’d expected with even smaller bathrooms but nonetheless tastefully furnished and good storage space. Coffee machine and welcoming bottle of wine from Golan Heights. We swapped our strawberry popcorn for the girls’ wine😉 Oh, and the beds were huge and super comfy. Essential air con. Our view was over Benedict’s towards the sea. (We ignored the apartment block opposite!) Fabulous.

Great location for town centre but a fair way to the beach. Lots of restaurants, takeaways and patisseries around (we had breakfast from Benedict’s - beware the long queues) - and pizza from Etna.

However beware the pool on top floor and be ready with your towels… By 10.01am, it was almost impossible to find a seat or bed round the “Place To Be Seen” pool. The pool was also chaotic with the young women wanting to be the latest instagram influencers, posing all day. (They were also the ones who’d saved thc e tables and seats 🙄 ) It is a small pool, so no proper swimming amongst the throngs and, although children are allowed in the pool, the posers did not welcome the splashing!

Gym was small, comprising two running machines and two other machines that weren’t working. One push up bench with lots of weights. Didn’t use spa treatments.

Optional breakfast was expensive but you can overload your plate time and again with all types of food. Choose carefully and you won’t want to eat again until supper. 😋The staff serving hot drinks were delightful and helpful.

Level of service in this hotel is very poor. We received room with window that is not possible to close properly, so we heard everything from street and wind blowing through it (14th floor). I reported this several times, through different channels (whastpp, review request sent by hotel, reception, phone at reception, email) and as you can imagine nothing happened. On the second day evening after several reports, they sent handy man who told is that window is closed, nothing else is possible. They put paper tape on window, which of course didn't help a bit. Considering we paid around 200 Eur per night, this is extremely disappointing. I understand that hotel was fully booked out, but if they had a bit higher level of service they would propose some complimentary stuff. So only what left me, is to send all negative reviews through all platforms, because this hotel doesn't deserve customer's money.

I would like to commend several areas of the Hotel:

1. Prior to arrival we received multiple informative text messages regarding our upcoming stay, with vital information concerning parking options and spa reservations.

2. The room was clean, and your front desk team responded very quickly when we requested a hair dryer. The check-in process was fast and efficient.

3. Your entire food & beverage department, specially:

a. We had the pleasure of meeting the hotel chef (Mr. Ben) who took a personal interest in us as Vegan customers). He went the EXTRA-MILE and Beyond for us!

b. Your restaurant manager (the lady with the nice glasses, I apologize for not remembering her name). She was on top of every table and their special needs during breakfast!

4. At last but not least, every single person who helped us in the hotel was courteous and truly eager to help, with anything from a quick question to spare towels.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon from the north, although the voucher I had in the order did not appear on the computer, only one person at the reception, I followed for almost two hours until another woman arrived to help with the order. I was upgraded to a room upstairs and my stay was extended by three hours, the room is beautiful, the floor is not clean, a guest's sock under the bed, we decided to go out and enjoy Tel Aviv. When we returned to the drinking and coffee stand , dirty stand used glasses , scattered no drinks in containers and flying flies - does not respect any place, breakfast very few fresh vegetables no fruit, Shakshuka and hard-boiled eggs
Better to eat outside the hotel
the location wins and free parking in the heart of Tel Aviv is great
too bad that such a place is not managed professional

Vacation for 4 couples in the city of Tel Aviv. We came to this hotel because of the pool but the hotel did not inform us that there is a private party in the pool and we, the hotel guests, cannot enjoy from this service. The hotel was full of teenagers and the stay was unbearable, we just had to leave the hotel all the time. The rooms are not clean and the breakfast is reasonable. When we raised the claims to the hotel staff, we did not receive a response until today. The hotel is not recommended for people over 30 years old

When we arrived we got a non-smoking room where someone had clearly smoked. On top of that we also got a double room even though we had booked a twin room. This however was rectified after we went back to the lobby. The room itself was fine, however the hotel is incredibly noisy, we heard our neighbours talk until really late and every time someone walked in the hallways we could hear. Lastly there is a rooftop pool, which looked like it was outside, it was however inside and heated. On top of that there was people smoking inside the pool, which to me seems incredibly gross. This was a huge disappointment to us. The breakfast also isn’t that worthwhile especially not with children or picky eaters.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding for about four nights. The rooms were adequate as we were just laying her head down each night. We went up a couple times to try to sit in the pool after a long day of traveling and it was closed each time which was a disappointment. I went down the first day to get some coffee and Dana ask me if I had the upgraded breakfast and I told her no. She took a look at a reservation and upgraded both myself and my fiance for breakfast for our entire stay I thought that was really awesome. I would highly recommend the breakfast the food each day was incredible and fact I had the chef come out one day just to compliment him on how good the food was. Itay the restaurant manager was also super friendly. There were a couple days where we talked to him for 15 or 20 minutes at a time reminiscing about great travel stories and he became a mini tour guide for us for activities and things to do in town. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with him and his Hospitality was five star service. Thanks for a memorable stay! If you are from the United States and like to shop at REI go around the corner and go to a store called decathlon it's like REI but half price.
