I chose the hotel because of it's parking and great location, right in the heart of the city. I was surprised to find a very nice urban hotel with a wonderful smiling and welcoming staff who's trying to help and be responsive as much as they can. The room was very clean with a complementary of 2 bottles of soda water and a snack. The breakfast was really nice and included a large selection, suitable for every taste. We also had a great massage at the hotel's Spa.
Just finished a 3 night stay at The Bobo Hotel, as part of a 16 night trip to Israel. Brilliant staff, great value, super comfortable beds as well. Forget the roof top pool on a Saturday as totally rammed. Would definitely stay again
Very poor service, arrived on 28/10 the first room was stinky we can’t even stand there for two minutes, then they change our room to but the tv was broken, we decided to cancel the order and get our money back, but they couldn’t to refund us. 🤮!!
Amazing staff , especially Dana the guests relation manager .. so friendly , service oriented , she and her staff are always generous , caring , smiling ! I’m a traveler and must say this is the best service approach I’ve ever encountered! Bravo
This is the first time I’m disappointed with Brown hotels in Israel. The building is an old office building and it is noticeable. The entrance is unclear and there are two different elevator shafts. There’s a funky smell all around the hotel. We had a junior suite and it had that smell. They have to do something about this. The rooms are not clean. Simple as that. Walking barefoot on the floor leaves you with a dirty sole. My overall impression of the service level is that it is below par with the standard of Brown hotels. On the good side: bed is excellent. Very comfortable bedsheets. Breakfast is good. Free parking (which is extremely rare) Great location My bottom line: I regret going to this hotel. There are plenty of other options around this area in tel Aviv that are better at the same cost level, including other Brown hotels.…
Hi, we booked a last min night away here. We loved the type and decor and the rooms were well equipped. Location was good (but prob not if you want the beach). Communication and service was good. Rooftop bar very small and limited seating options but when you do get a space it was great vibe!
I would like to commend several areas of the Hotel: 1. Prior to arrival we received multiple informative text messages regarding our upcoming stay, with vital information concerning parking options and spa reservations. 2. The room was clean, and your front desk team responded very quickly when we requested a hair dryer. The check-in process was fast and efficient. 3. Your entire food & beverage department, specially: a. We had the pleasure of meeting the hotel chef (Mr. Ben) who took a personal interest in us as Vegan customers). He went the EXTRA-MILE and Beyond for us! b. Your restaurant manager (the lady with the nice glasses, I apologize for not remembering her name). She was on top of every table and their special needs during breakfast! 4. At last but not least, every single person who helped us in the hotel was courteous and truly eager to help, with anything from a quick question to spare towels.…
Vacation for 4 couples in the city of Tel Aviv. We came to this hotel because of the pool but the hotel did not inform us that there is a private party in the pool and we, the hotel guests, cannot enjoy from this service. The hotel was full of teenagers and the stay was unbearable, we just had to leave the hotel all the time. The rooms are not clean and the breakfast is reasonable. When we raised the claims to the hotel staff, we did not receive a response until today. The hotel is not recommended for people over 30 years old
We had a great time here but there are some things you should know before deciding if it's for you. It's in a converted office building, with a pretty grubby entrance on a fairly grubby little road off Rothschild Boulevard. The reception and restaurant have no natural daylight and if you're on floor L4 check if there is a party that night in the conference room because the rooms all run around the outside of that space. You should also know that the aesthetic is bohemian meets industrial. Yes, beautiful decor in the rooms but exposed (and very clean) 1980s concrete rafters. If you're OK with that, this is a great hotel. The rooms are beautiful if small and very comfortable. Great beds, toiletries, Nespresso machines etc. Even by Israeli standards, breakfast is huge and delicious and staff are very helpful. The rooftop pool is small but cool and the vibe is great. It became a club at night. Generally, like all Brown hotels, the staff are fantastic and the attention to detail is world-class. We had a great time but be prepared before you decide to stay here. There are less-edgy hotels by the same chain! Ps. Free parking in the basement was a massive help.…
we stayed for two nights in the hotel. The hotel is well decorated. pool on the the top 14 floor. Not big But good foor cooling in the hot summer of August.Very good breakfast. free parking in the middle of Tel Avive !!! The staff were very nice and helpet us with everything. Rooms at the high floor has nice view . 4 lifts but not fasts ones .In the nigt the pool area is changed to a dance bar not bellong to the hotel. you have to invite place in advance. Also A chef restaurant on the 14 floor also recomended. The hotel is in the heart of Tel avive close to everything. I would defintly will come again. Limor and Igal Aviram
