OK for one night, but small, tired and basic room. Very poor wifi on Floor 2. Only English TV channel CNN kept cutting out. Nice local breakfast in small restaurant area a couple of doors down the street with table service, but it seemed impossible to get a second cup of tea/coffee. Quite close to a busy area with lots of fast food outlets etc. Apparently close to the beach, but we weren't there long enough to find out.

This is a well located hotel only 5/10 minutes walk from the Med promenade. The hotel is boutique which means that it has limited facilities but ok for one night. Overall it’s uses space very well which does mean that rooms are quite small and what I would suggest is more suitable for a conference/corporate type customer. With 2 large suitcases the room did appear very small albeit comfortable but all the facilities you would like. There is a little hidden terrace which is quite nice. We did encounter one problem though. We were in our room and another guest entered with a key !! Our room had been allocated to another guest a few hours after we arrived. Whilst the was resolved were then locked out of our room as our key had been disabled. Again sorted out. This might have explained the fact that when we first entered the room there was a bottle of wine and cakes saying ‘welcome back’. It was our first visit to Israel. Strange

Well located a few minutes from the beach and a short walk to Jaffa port, the hotel is perfect for a short stop over. Spacious room with great bathroom. Breakfast is a selection of traditional local food and there is a 24/7 coffee/tea station in the lobby. Friendly accommodating staff.

The staff are all friendly. The location is good. The hotel is clean but tired. Floors lifting. Wood chipped. Old noisy aircon units. The photos on the site are either photoshopped or from when it was brand new. The gym is pictured with some weight machines - there are two treadmills and a bike. That’s it. The rails on the balconies are rusting….. They have some quite advanced systems - WhatsApp messages before arrival and checkout to allow you to do it all online. I paid in advance yet the system said I still owed over £400. Got sorted at reception but not great experience . Was also told by reception there was no late checkout as fully booked. Then on the system it said I could have late checkout for an additional £100. The place is fine. Nothing special. Website and marketing is all a bit misleading.

Room Tip: Currently there are loads of roadworks and building work on the surrounding streets. It’s noisy.

When we arrived we had some unfortunate news from back home, the reception lady (American living in Israel) was so kind and offered the rest of the bottle of Cava that was available that evening to all guests on arrival, along with some fresh fruit - this was refreshing after a long flight from the UK. The room was smaller than we expected but it was good for the location and the price we paid. It was comfortable, clean and nice and quiet considering it is right on a main road - great location for the beach! and walking to some areas for bars and restaurants. This receptionists also wrote down a number of clubs for us to visit in the evening and foody places!! they were all very nice and highly recommended to get their recommendations. They do have some bike to rent, but they were broken at the time as previous guests had wreaked them! but she mentioned there was a place opposite, which was brilliant and also very helpful. You can practically walk everywhere needed from here and it also felt safe enough for us girls on our own. Thanks again for a brilliant stay and all the hints and tips given if you ask!

The most delusional negative experience we had as a family. We booked rooms for 2 families. On the day of the vacation, when all the suitcases and children were already in the car and we were on our way to the hotel, we received a call from the hotel and found out that the hotel had made a mistake in the rooms, they booked for us 2 rooms for a couple instead of 2 family rooms (as written in the invitation we received by email !!!). The hotel noted that they do not have other rooms for us, the rooms were canceled and we will get a refund. From the hotel point of view that was it! No responsibility taken, no sorry, no other solutions, that it. They Just said "it was your mistake" thanks, goodbye . So, we got stuck on the way to Tel Aviv with children and luggage in the car, without rooms and without an alternate hotel on Thursday at afternoon. What is even more delusional is that we sent a letter to the hotel's customer service after a few weeks. We explained the situation and asked that at least the hotel will take responsibility for the mistake. After all, if we would cancel the rooms on the day of arrival, the hotel would have certainly charge us the money in full, without an argument. Unfortunately, to this day I have not received any reference to the letter even though I called several times and asked for a response. I was promised on the phone that the hotel manager will response, but as mentioned, we have not received any answer to this day. It is important to note that all telephone calls and the letter were made in a pleasant language, without shouting and without unnecessary quarrels. But unfortunately in our country, you have to "turn tables" to get any response. In short, I never encountered such a terrible service. I strongly advise not to come to this hotel at any price. Such a hotel has no right to exist.

Booking.com guests treated differently. No toiletries and no change of sheets. Sheets are to be used for three to four days . Not a single hour overstay is permitted than the checkout time. Twin bed booked but allotted single king size. Had to beg for a twin bed .Advantages are centrally located. No parking. Breakfast is so far so good.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Especially, when your booking a tour because this hotel is one of the pick up(so convenient). The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room is small but everything works in the room. They provide complementary water, coffee, tea and snack. They even provide free happy hour with the guest. So close to Tel Aviv beach and Carmel Market. Plenty of eating place around the hotel(walking distance). Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
