Mercure is clean, the breakfast is good, beach access is convenient and there are several great restaurants near by. The staff is not friendly nor are they helpful. We lost our electricity every afternoon, after being gone all day and instead of fising the problem or moving us to a new room (which they did finally as a last resort)...

I asked for some food on the room to compensate for not being able to get to breakfast due to an early flight. They told me that they would send some fruit. Never happened. A rate without breakfast wasn't available either.

If there were probably minor problems, excellent stuff made the stay with pleasure, and I am gratefull for that. My compliment to the receptionits. To my experience, this is a small familly hotel in which you get quite a nice service, and you are not baddor for many things, but when you need them, members of the stuff was are...

The service was pathetic. Sometimes they used to forget to clean the toilets, other days they used to leave the cleaner inside the toilet and other times they used to forget to refill the refreshments (which should be done once in 2 days..and they only did once during my 8 day stay)! The rooms are small but just about ok....

During my business trip I usually visit the IBIS hotels because I am very satisfied with everything. The standard is on very good level (breakfast, rooms, housekeeping, the staff) everything are for all my trips enough what I need. This is the first hotel with the lowers level standards than IBIS hotels. For me I will never visit this hotel...

Stayed with friends for 4 nights. Hotel is conveniently situated although it is a reasonable walk to main sights. Breakfasts were excellent and staff helpful. Rooms were of reasonable standard but could do with a slight refresh. Good value for money.

This modest hotel was exceptional. The front staff were all extremely helpful with respect to helping a first time visitor to Israel. Only a short walk (two blocks) to beach. On bus route to train station. The breakfast buffet was outstanding in both selection and quality. Room size was modest but was immaculately clean.
