The hotel is modern with a very nice lobby where you can rest. The location is great, near the beach and Dizengoff street. The room is nicely furnished and it was spacious. But the service needs improvement. In the 3 days we were there they never renewed the coffee capsules at the room or the shampoo and shower gel. We only had got one of each when we entered the room. They even took the shower cap which I had used once and intented to use again without replacing it. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't work all Saturday, because it was Shabbat, and as the one in our room had a problem we couldn't get a coffee in a hotel full of tourists that weren't Jews. I tried to get a coffee from the breakfast area (paying for it) but they only had Nescafe because it was Shabbat, as they told me. Does this make sense in a hotel that has foreign guests? And if they didn't let me press a button in an espresso machine how would they boil the water for the Nescafe? On open fire? These things seemed irrational and they should check them.…
Very comfy rooms with a large bed. The own brand mattresses and pillows are amazing. Lovely great roof terrace, great for relaxing all equipped with free towels and water. Brilliant location. Customer service exceptional, especially Maria and the breakfast team. Thank you
We stayed for 3 nights in this rubbish hotel, which doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel. Rude and inattentive staff, with no desire to serve the customer. There is a clear lack of personnel and those who are there are poorly qualified. The room, apart from the apparent dirt, which, even after we complained to the reception, we were told that nothing could be done, still smells of sewage, as it rises up the drain as if it were a backflow of sewage. Anyway, don't waste your time or money with this rubbish hotel.
I am amazed with my recent stay in Debrah by Brown hotels! Rooms are spacious and well-cleaned, have nice sofa with a bed-side table and a breathtaking view right on a sunset! The mirrors over the king-size bed make atmosphere so art-deco style chic and romantic. And of course jacuzzis! Shiny and attractive! Staff members are really friendly and efficient and they did all to satisfy my needs immediately. Thank you for everything, I will definitely come back
Great location and lovely room - this is my second stay here , my first stay being a late check in and early check out 3 night stay this time Very nice room - I took advantage of a discounted upgrade offer Breakfast 1st morning was chaotic and shambolic - didn’t appear to be enough plates, cups so hot drinks and juice were on disposables Was told no cheese for omelette and omelette looked like fried eggs flipped - pretty tasteless. I worked in my room till noon then on returning around 4 pm to see room not made up - I asked at reception and was told rooms not normally made up till evening but would be done straight away. Two more visits to reception to mention still no room service and I was assured it would be done straight away Returned at 11.30 to find still no room servicing done - Filled in that annoying little survey they send when you check in to tell of the problem. In these situations what really let’s the hotel down is the attitude and how the establishment deals with the problem ( in this case the next morning ) Sadly all I got was a very insincere apology along with a look that says I really don’t give a hoot Emailed the front desk- the response to my initial complaint being if you aren’t satisfied please email me (GM) - still waiting for response Breakfast Day 2 was equally as bad - although they did have cheese this morning and the omelette looked like an omelette if not a tad bland Won’t be rushing back…
Beautiful hotel in a great location! We had the best time in Tel Aviv! The hotel staff were so accommodating, especially the lady on reception! We were particularly impressed with the complimentary bike hire. We can't wait to return one day!
Stayed here at the end of our visit to Tel Aviv, and the hotel staff was kind, and thoughtful. Slept great and REALLY enjoyed the bikes! We took an early morning ride along the Mediterranean Sea towards the Port and through city parks (by the zoo). Breakfast was great too! If you have thick hair you will love the shower! Toda Raba.
Had an amazing stay with my friends in this hotel. Lior gave us a great service and experience and even received a free breakfast! Thanks a lot for making us Tel Aviv experience unforgettable. The hotel is also having bikes which you can take for a city tour.
The hotel is very nice - reception is professional, rooms are clean and comfortable, service was OK, breakfast was nice. The rooftop terrace is very pleasant. Breakfast is very nice but quite restricted - there isn't a self service buffet, instead you are given a tray with a mixture of dishes. However, the road outside is closed for major road works and there is noise all night. I asked to change rooms but the hotel was fully booked. Also because of the road closures it is almost impossible to get a taxi without walking to Rabin Square. It's a pity because I liked the hotel, but I will have to stay elsewhere until the roadworks are completed.
Maria, Karen, Mia thank you so much for a great experience! Wonderful experience, clean, welcoming, great location. Beautiful design and colors. The rooftop was so relaxing and nice. All staff is welcoming, rooms are beautiful (just check the sizing of the room depending on your party size), service, location, staff, hotel amazing
