Brilliant location. Helpful staff. Wonderful room (ask for 238) with sea view and small kitchen / lounge. Fresh towels delivered within minutes. Clean throughout. Shower unbelievable (never wanted to get out of it). 15 seconds to the beach. Supermarket next door. 15 minute walk to Carmel market and all restaurants. Quirky hotel and a little unusual with weird outside areas. Would definitely stay again.

It is good experience to stay in this hotel. Nice location regards going to beaches and Jaffa old city. The restaurant for breakfast is very good in foods and service. However, when the night coming, it turns to a snobbish fancy restaurant and bar. On weekend evening after 6pm, you may not find foods to eat except you pay expensive rate to diet-in or you have to walk a long distance to search restaurants.

I have travelled the world and been to a lot of hotel in diferent categories, but this one would be amongst my favoriets! The room was so comfy it felt like home, literally, the bed was even a bit better:) I really loved the concept at the lobby to have lemon and orange water, as well as tea: hibiscus and calmomile offered along with some fresh peppermint and lemon!My signature tea for my daughter - hibiscus with peppermint or just fresh peppermint with brown sugar- delicious! I also want to comment on the cosmetics: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap..smelled like heaven!!! i wonder if this was a local Tel Aviv brand (Erez Zielinski?) but it was to die for! seriously, not just the aroma, but the quality as well, never ever been so satisfied with the cosmetics at a hotel! And last but not least, special thank you and Hi to Sam at the reception:) they were all very nice, but we had really nice chat with Sam and I do appreciate his attention and good care! All in all amazing stay!Hope to stay there again sometime soon:) Ah..oh..also the free bikes!? super cool! and the complimentery chocolate and strawberry popcorn ..out of this world:)))…

Very satisfied with my stay. Brut, as in the name, i.e. Industrial style, but very hip. Lots of nice amenities (complementary cocktail and snacks in the room). Breakfast amazing. Very clean overall. Staff is very nice. Trendy young customers. Will definitely come back!

What a disappointment! I never write poor reviews but this place deserves one. The staff was unhelpful and rude. The hotel is dark and the lobby unpleasant to sit in. The service was terrible. They didn’t even try to make an effort when things ran out. View from the window was beautiful though.

Tiny and not very well thought rooms. No slippers, no place to dry clothes or hang towels, sink is right in the room, no table to work. Dark narrow corridors with puddles, weird navigation. Otherwise it's okay, staff was polite enough and breakfast was okay.

Dream Vacation! Highly recommended Boutique hotel. Very stylish room with great view and fun TV offer. Breakfast ist very rich and tasty. A luxury terrace with stunning view to the sea, old Jaffa and Tel Aviv Promenade where you can enjoy huge and comfortable sun beds and big, fun Jacuzzi. The location is very central and close to a great going out and dining places at the Carmel markt aria and also just in front of the beach and sea food Manta Ray restaurant, promenade and walking opportunities on the long sea shore of tel aviv Jaffa. More then all I would like to express my deepest thanks and positive impression and feelings from the warm, kind, generous, caring treatment we have received from the managers Alon and Danis which made us feel at home, Spoiled us, answered and helped with all our requests and much more! 🙏 Alias taking care of the top breakfast. Amazing breakfast, professional and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms, Cava, plenty of restaurants in atrium. The only little negative is the noise from planes flying just above the hotel but overall it's a great hotel.
