My stay was perfect at Villa Brown hotel. They have the best bed and linen ever! I would not leave the bed, so comfortable! I love the design, pastel color, the luxury equipment inside the room, the Nespresso coffee maker in my room, the couch in the room, all these equipment for a standard room (not a suite) and at a reasonable price (considering Tel Aviv life price). The hotel has no elevator but the staff help me to carry my luggage. I love the size of the hotel, small, good vibes, and very comfortable. The beach in at 2 mns by walk and hotel have bicycle for client. Also when check in, the staff offer me a glass of sparkling wine and brownies, and I was check-in a standard room! They even help me to print out my PCR test for free. I would come back again and I highly recommend this hotel, the best by the beach and close to the most popular spot and restaurant.

This beautiful small boutique hotel has a perfect location: just few minutes to the best beach, to the city and main streets with restaurants and cafes. We walked every day to the old Yaffa town along the beach with great sunset views.

The service was on top level: all wishes were fulfilled before we expressed them by the politest personnel. 24/7 available for our needs. Coffee in the morning, a drink in the evening in the beautiful lobby was a perfect start and end of each day. Breakfast was very good!

We got an upgrade and could use our own nice terrace.

Thank you! We will for sure return!

Brown's Hotel Tel Aviv exceeded our expectations. As soon as we entered the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered drinks, cakes and fruit. The rooms, although not big, contained every kind of facility, from coffee machines, luxury brand toiletries, large screen TV and clean comfortable beds. We could not fault the service. The breakfast was delicious, with a great choice on the menu. The Manager was particularly welcoming and made us feel special. Overall, 5⭐️

This is by far the worst hotel experience I've had in Tel Aviv and i have stayed in many hotels in Tel Aviv and in Israel in general already.

The problems begun with the check-in. The stay was booked from the 30.10 and we had to check in only on the 1.11. so I had to contact the hotel so that they don't mark it as "no show". The front desk or even reservation offices were out of reach, so I wrote them in WhatsApp (see the screenshot). They let me know that that was okay. On my arrival, the receptionist didn't want to check me in, so it seems like the message via WhatsApp never reached the hotel.

Now, I am traveling with a 10yo son ( and that was specified) and the room is max 8m², the doors to the shower are transparent, there is no lock to the toilet, so all combined reflects the most embarrassing experience ever.
We requested a room with separate beds and yet they couldn't find one..
The food options are very scarce. Besides, my son is lactose intolerant and the stuff refused to cook an omlette without milk. Add to all of that the construction noise during the night hours and you get the whole picture.

The receptionists couldn't / didn't want to find a solution, as change rooms or make a refound, and for quite a long stay (8 days) i find it very irritating and unprofessional.

It is not my first stay at Brown hotels, it was always my favorite choice in Tel Aviv, but this time it is a very disappointing experience.

We stayed a couple of nights in Villa Brown and had another hotel booking for the second part of the week. We loved this hotel so much that we ended cancelling it he second booking and extending our stay.

Firstly the location, it’s perfect: 1 min walk to the promenade and beach and 10 - 20min walk to the nice streets, art galleries and restaurants that the city offers.

Second the team, every single person we met was very polite and kind. We definitely want to commend NOA from Russia for being an amazing host. Dealing with her was like talking to a close friend. She is kind, fun and with great recommendations. Kudos also to the new girl, can’t remember her name (sorry) but she is from California, she was very kind and even though she just started she was already a brand ambassador.

The room, a bit small but cozy. Bathrooms are great size, amenities were fantastic and Netflix is available on TV.

The team is also very generous with the beverages: from a coffee to a glass of sparkling wine, it was always a pleasure to come back to the hotel after a day out.

Definitely Villa Brown will be our hotel of choice every time we fly to TelAviv.

I chose the hotel to propose to my girlfriend and I couldn't have made a better choice. The staff made us feel home from day one. The service, especially Noa, the good soul of the hotel, read every wish from our lips and was so kind. We had a room with a jacuzzi and really loved it. The equipment is very modern and of high quality. We have never slept in a more comfortable bed. The hotel is in a very good location with a view on the sea from their sun roof and less than 5 minutes by foot from the beach. It is also just a short walk to get to vibrant Dizengoff street with numerous restaurants and bars. We definitely will be back soon. P.S. She said yes! 😊

Fantastic location, friendly staff and clean. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. We thought this was the best location in Tel Aviv to be able to enjoy the beach as well as access to restaurants. The style and decor were was spot on.

The rooms are too small, to the degree of not having room to put your luggage in, let alone feel any sort of comfort. All the rooms are the same size, but they pretend the really expensive ones are bigger. They’re all the same size. We had a man enter our room while we were on the bed, shut off our AC, and say “it’s okay it’s okay, two minutes”, only to never come back. There’s no elevator. They don’t help you with your bags. They have good breakfast food, but that’s it. The walls? Paper thin. The shower? Doesn’t even have anything to close it. The entire thing feels minimal and cheap. It’s an absolute racket.

Had a wonderful week long stay at Villa Brown while traveling to Tel Aviv for work. The hotel staff is friendly and incredibly helpful - whether it's making a cup of coffee, offering a sweet treat, calling a taxi, or providing recommendations on where to eat. The room itself was clean and well stocked with coffee, towels, robes, etc.

Ok, so the rooms are small - but this is Tel Aviv after all. If you want loads of space this won't be your place but aside from that, everything else was great - the design, location, and especially the lovely (and entertaining) staff who really made us feel we were on holiday the second we walked through the door. Would happily recommend this to anyone spending a weekend in Tel Aviv.
