We arrived early hours of the morning and has to wait a while to be let into hotel, but once inside check in was swift. The room was very spacious and huge shower in bathroom. tea/coffee facilities, very large comfortable bed and a great view of the beach from a small balcony. Breakfast in the morning seem to have no structure. Didn't know how to get food or what was on offer. Eventually a staff member approached me and was served a omelette only to discover other options of breakfast was available. I will know next time through hotel. But some sort of information about breakfast set-up would be better.
I am currently staying at the crown plaza tel aviv beach and I wanted to express how wonderful the staff has been. Patient , above all accommodating. I especially wanted to recognize Vitali for his professionalism. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Even during busy times he was attentive, hardworking and personable! His service was above and beyond, and it is world class excellence. You are fortunate to have such a dedicated and loyal member of your team. Sally Rumeo
I went to the Crowne Plaza for one night. Before arriving, they directed me to do check in from my phone. That was a good start. Unfortunately, the site didn't work and wouldn't let me proceed. We received an upgraded room, which was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was a shambles and not good for Covid times. The buffet was open and staff were serving, but as the area is narrow, there was no space for social distancing and people were not wearing masks (and staff were not enforcing them). Due to this, I will be avoiding this hotel for now.
2days ago 2/8/20 we were at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Tel Aviv, the hotel is clean and smells great. The hospitality was of the highest standard. Direct Exit to the Beach with free tickets for the Area , Sharon Ashkenazi H.R Manager Did her best so we can enjoy every moment, hotelrooms are clean and well equipped with every little detail, spectacular sea views, and service, nothing like a The amazing pool, just an experience. The hotel’s Resturant extremely pampering and offers amazing food Options Breathtaking views. Thanks for the lovely hospitality we will definitely be back again !! Lovely Crown Plaza Telavive
We were upgraded from a standard room to an executive room. I am not sure if this was like a "poisoned chalice". In order to use the kettle I had to move the fridge to be able to put the plug into the socket for the kettle behind the fridge. The fridge did not work at all; it was faulty. The highly sophisticated television set had its drawbacks; many channels were not available including the national channel KAN 11. My regrettable conclusion is that the management of the hotel do not check that all appliances in the room are functioning properly before giving the keys to a guest. The breakfast was disappointing to put it politely. The buffet displayed was a fraction of the normal buffet. I accept that the Health Ministry guidelines make it harder for the hotel but it does not mean they have to vastly reduce what is offered. They should visit the Inbal Hotel in Jerusalem which slightly reduces their range but also reduces their price. The management would benefit by going to the Inbal to see how breakfast should be offered under the circumstances. This hotel in Tel Aviv did not have the foresight to reduce their price for such a miserable buffet. I wrote a review for the hotel website but they chose not to publish it. I filled in a survey request from the hotel. I received the standard very courteous reply from them, which I have read many times on TripAdvisor, without any answers to the points raised. On my reply to their reply, I did not receive the courtesy of any explanations whatsoever.…
