The loveliest hotel staff I’ve seen in ages. Julia and Thoman made all our wishes come true. Special attention to detail and customer service for the books. Thank you very much, and see you soon! Nicolas, Dušan and Marina
Even after their renovation (which did not cover everything) the hotel still has that old dingy feel woth narrow halways and small bathrooms. When you order a room facing the beach, what you really get is a room on the side of the hotel where you can see the water from the tiny old porch outside the room. As far as customer service I'm sorry to say that while the employee manning the pool was nice, the front desk/management was terrible. The workers at the bar look like they are abused. The 2 positive things are the veiw from the lobby (management harasses you if you sit there for too long) and their outdoor seating area (when its open)
If you're looking for a place to stay with a beautiful room, solid food, and a nice sea view & beach proximity, this is it. You won't find cockroaches in the shower or mold (as long as you request an upgraded/renovated room- we can only speak for rooms on the 7th floor). But, you also won't find anything above the minimum hotel stay. The staff was cold and didn't seem overly thrilled to serve us, there was no refrigerator in the room, and when we asked for a small bottle of water (again, none in room in middle of July), they said they'd need to charge us for it. Additionally, when we told the front desk we were here to celebrate both our birthdays, the concierge (they call them "Navigators") shrugged and was like "ok...?, saying, "in this hotel we don't do anything special for birthdays". There were no extras-not even peanuts in the lobby bar, although they were responsive when we asked for a second bathrobe and slippers as there was only one in the closet. Bed was really comfy, AC worked well, very classy interior. Sauna & executive lounge closed due to Covid-19. Warmth/bending over backwards was not their strong suit, but otherwise a decent hotel on the beach.…
One star service.... the hotel don’t have place for disable car. And the official answer from the door man is to look for parking in the area ( because its full) Every hotel I have been in this situation gave me a alternative option to put the car on the side Until they will have place/valet. This the first time someone told to go look for parking in the area. The front desk service is absolutely unbelievable. We came to the check in and was told by the front desk that we need to pay only in vise to get the price we get. We explain/ and show the hotel that in our reservation it’s doesn’t tell anything about paying with a vise card... and ask them to check it ... off curse no one checked it ... And on the checkout process they asked for a vise again... after 20 minutes of discussion and me showing them again the reservation confirmation that doesn’t say anything about visa . They agree to let us pay in another card/cash. The rooms clean and nice. The view to the see is amazing... The service is very bad. …
We stayed for 1 night a family with 2 kids. The reception guys were very nice and welcoming, we got upgrade to deluxe room. the room is nice as well, we got a sea view room. they fill our request pretty fast, if we need extra towels or extra soup. Room was very clean and equipped well. The team kept the Covid-19 restrictions, such wearing a mask to all of the people. they keep asking from people who're not wearing a mask. in these days it's very important. The buffet breakfast was also with the Covid-19 restrictions, even that with this challenge they faced well. The only minus is the connecting door to the beach, it closed after 5PM. in the summer I suggest to change it later, like 7PM. Overall I'm very happy from the stay, probably I'll come back. Thanks, Snir.
