The staff and location can't be beat. Did not have any issues but agree that the property has some "old" to it. Probably a 4.5 star rating. The view are good from all rooms but the I prefer "marina" views. The breakfast was excellent. The concierge lounge is a little below Marriott standards as it was small and the food,...

This Renaissance is not your typical Marriott property. The executive rooms barely distinguish themselves from standard rooms. Example: one, yes one bottle of water for 4 days. The rooms are old and badly need an upgrade and sadly I believe this was done within the last few years. Nevertheless, the room rates are quite high but standard for Tel Aviv....

Let's start saying that this was my first hotel in Tel Aviv, so I cannot compare it with other accommodations in the area. Let me add that the terrible weather conditions didn't help enjoying the faboulous seaside with direct access from the hotel... but the hotel is located in a definitely "old" building and the rooms are in need of...

Thank you for sharing your review and we are sorry to hear of the poor weather conditions during your stay as this is not very common for the Mediterranean climate. With regards to the condition of our hotel, we do have newly renovated rooms that can be reserved upon availability and we are in the process of renovating our older...

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It's location is in the heart of tel aviv (end of gordon st) and right at the beach, to which you have easy access to from the hotel. Gorgeous views from the lobby or breakfast room over the ocean. Breakfast was great, loads of choices (no meat - as a vegetarian that was...

From the moment we checked into the hotel to the time we left, I cannot fault the staff at The Renaissance Hotel. Ilan the check-in clerk was fantastic and could not do enough for us. As Marriott reward members he made sure we knew about the business lounge which was so amazing, the food was delicious and very well presented....

This is my first time in Israel, and this wonderful hotel made the stay that little bit more special. Staff are very friendly, polite and professional. A very relaxed umbiance, yet if you require 'quick' service (running late, and need to get a coffee for example) the staff move at pace to attend to your needs/situation. The views are just...

Stayed for 7 nights during Christmas holidays, the hotel is conveniently located by the beautiful beaches and boardwalk. With balcony in the room facing the sea. The breakfast selection was satisfying and great customer service by the service staff. The club floor service was good. However, the lounge needs to refurnish, and enlarge the space. It gets very crowded at...

Everything was impeccable, from check-in to our check-out 3 days later. The Renaissance is conveniently located near the shops and restaurants of Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff streets. We were also able to walk along the beach to Old Jaffa and other tourist places throughout the city. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is professional...

I stayed here for a couple of nights in early January on a business trip. I checked in quickly & efficiently one weekday evening and I was soon on my way to my room on the 8th floor. I had a side view of the beach and sea which was nice despite the direct, full view over to the neighbouring...

We stayed here at the beginning of a 2 week family bar mitzvah trip. For the 2 nights we were there we had 2 rooms holding 3 ppl. In each room. The rooms were recently renovated and we had a sea view. The rooms are not too large to begin with so adding that cot made it a little cramped....
