Good location however, the rooms are in need of upgrading and the service is quite terrible. Rude and passive front desk attendants. If you are a elite member the executive lounge is nice and has great food during dinner. This property does not seem to be held to the same standards as typical Renaissance properties.

I have spent here only 2 nights despite the fact that I planned to stay for 6 nights. Reason? Regular rooms are not so much comfortable and well furnished. Room was generally pretty small with narrow bathroom where hardly a one person can step in. And anybody else can throw him into the toilet simply by the door. Another pain...

What hotel in 2015 does not have a modern climate control system? This wreck. What "4 star" hotel last update the room 10 years ago. The hallways on the floors remind me of a 1965 Howard Johnson in Atlantic City. But now it is 2015. The Executive Lounge was left over from the 70's. The feeling in the hotel is...

This is a beautiful hotel by the beach. All rooms have sea view. Breakfast is very good. Good hotel for business or leisure. Nice furniture, nice view from the balcony. Ask for an upgrade to the executive level on the 15th os 16th floor. Would definitely stay there again. Good value for money.

Checking in was a surprise because security checks your bags and wands you for weapons. The room was nicely decorated. A plate of fruit was waiting in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Heard no noise except when there was a wind storm. The concierge room was delightful. We took advantage of the wine and horderves. Everything...

Best part of this hotel was the front desk and concierge staff. Rooms were tight but clean. We had an adjoining room for our kids and the set up worked well. We spent several nights here and the only strange thing was that cleaning staff came in very early twice and woke us up and entered our rooms thinking we...

We felt like welcomed guests from the moment we arrived until the time we left. We were given an excellent Club Level room with an amazing view over the Mediterranean towards Jaffa. The lounge food was continually refreshed and obviated our need to eat out too often! The buffet breakfast must rank amongst one of the best in Israel. The...

Great location, nicely maintained. I was on the club level - the food in the club lounge was really delicious. I felt the hotel lived up to a 4-5 star hotel standard. Pleasantly surprised after all the negativity I'd read online regarding Israel hotels! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and friendly hotel with good breakfast. Small gym but had all the key equipment. Decent size indoor pool for a hotel. Free wifi in the rooms - a big plus for me. By the beach - again a plus. However, the hotel needs updating. It is quite dated and shabby around the edges with dated rooms and decor generally....

After arriving into Israel for the first time in Jan 2015, I stayed at this great location in Tel Aviv, a beach front property with perfect access to downtown shops. The point of Jaffa is approximately 3 miles South along the beach/shore, and there is a nearby Pier to the North of the Marriott property. When you arrive you will...
