The hotel is in the most convenient location for Tel-Aviv, one street from the seafront promenade, but also close to buses to a varitey of destinations and there are many nice restaurants, 24/7mini-markets close by. The hotel 24 hour service is efficient and pleasant, the studio room which we stayed in for 10 days was adequate in size, view of...

I often travel across the United States and around the world, both on business and pleasure and most of the time I prefer to stay in the four and five star hotels for the simple reason that I love convenience and comfort. Even though this is not a five and even four star hotel I always prefer to stay there...

I understand that you pay for what you get. But I still had a few problems with the hotel. We booked a studio apartment. It was small but manageable for two people. Comfortable enough to make some food and have dinner. We were mostly out and about so we were not too concerned with the space. The bathroom was right...

As others have said, the hotel is physically in bad shape and it's dirty. You might think, like another reviewer that it is expensive, but Tel Aviv is generally expensive. My wife and I looked around the area and found that to get anything in a better shape would cost about double. My wife wants a room with fresh air,...

there is a 24h reception, responsive to requests. Internet does not work most of the time, the noise level during the day from building works a house further as well as in-house repairs plus traffic noise is high. during nights one hears every single chair moved in the building (dragged on the tile floors and not lifted, probably by people...

“Ask for a room on Hayarkon street with a sea view, and not on Frishman street which is noisier due to building construction going on across the road (from about 7-8 am to 4 pm). This didn't bother us as we were out most the day.”
