The hotel is located in a really nice place in Tel Aviv . ( my birth city ) stuff are very nice and friendly . The hotel is very well kept and maintenance are very good. I was told that this hotel has an accessible and adapted rooms for wheelchair users . I must admit that I was surprised to find out many un friendly issues for disabled persons. The best thing is the mattress of the bed that was firm and orthopedic . The room is small for a wheelchair user and the shower as well.. One of the most important issues for handicapped in hotels are the size of the room and the shower space..In the shower I was amazed that the flush of the toilet is far and unreachable for me to use. The roll in shower needed to be fixed by removing the glass wall so I can reach it. The room has a nice balcony but with no access for wheelchair to use it. All together me and my wife had a good and pleasant time in this hotel. Surely one of the nicest hotels on the famous promenade in Tel Aviv... If you have some kind of disability check to make sure it will meet with your needs...

Me and my boyfriend went to celebrate his birthday and decided to stay at Royal Beach Hotel in Tel-Aviv. We stayed for one night and booked massages at SPA in the hotel. The room was clean, breakfast was good except for coffee. Spa facilities were good and good service, but there were a lot of really loud people. After we finished the relaxing massage, we went to the Turkish steam room, and there came a group of super loud people, who would leave the door of the steam room open. When we asked them to be quite, they responded really impolite to us and one of them started yelling and threw a bowl with water to the floor. We were shocked and went to complain to the SPA desk manager. This was really disappointing since we just wanted to relax in the calming atmosphere, but this group of people and some other guests of the SPA were really really loud. I liked my massage, it was excellent, quiet and relaxing. My boyfriend said that his massage was really painful and the masseuse guys wouldn't stop chatting with him. In women's lockers area in the SPA some women left used pad and tucked it between the wall and the bench and it was disgusting. I told about this to a SPA desk manager and her response was that "It happens a lot here". I asked that the manager of the guest experience call us and she did. She apologized for the disturbing yelling that was there and said that they would give us a 25% discount for our next SPA visit. But we decided not to go back there, although it is in fact a nice hotel, the sort of the guest that stay there are clearly barbarians. If you are looking for a quiet SPA, this is definitely not the place.

Just arrived at the Royal Beach a couple hours ago, and am shocked at the terrible treatment I have received this time. We have stayed at the Isrotel Royal Beach twice in the past. Beautiful hotel, previously with great service. Since they opened back up post- Corona, the service has gotten absolutely terrible. They offer coffee in the room, but if you want milk to go with the coffee then expect to be told to either physically go get it for yourself from the lobby or pay an extra 18 nis to have it brought to you. I complained to the room service manager about this policy and he was rude and even hung up on me. Not the kind of treatment I would expect at an "Exclusive" hotel. If you're reading this, you probably remember Isrotel Exclusive hotels as being 5-star with 5-star service. I remember when it was that way but it is not anymore. I recommend you stay at one of the other nice hotels in Tel Aviv and not at the Isrotel Royal Beach.

We stayed at The Royal beach Hotel on Pessach (Passover) holiday with our family and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was professional and the hotel facilities were excellent as we expected. It was not our first time at this hotel so we knew what it had to offer. The meals were tasty even tough it was during Pessach and the hotel is Kosher. We especially enjoyed the special Pessach Eve dinner (ארוחת ליל הסדר) It was delicious and plentiful and it included the chef's specialties. We recommend it! The location of the hotel which is next to the Tel Aviv beach is great for walking on the promenade to Jaffa or to the Tel Aviv Port . Neve Tzedek is also nearby as well as The Carmel market. The hotel's pool was something we couldnot use due to bad weather.. though we recomment it and hope to enjoy it next time..
