Nina Suites Hotel in Neve Tzedek, Tel-Aviv is an intimate Suite’s hotel with a unique and sophisticated design. Our hotel is located at the heart of the magical Neve Tzedek area known as the "bohemian village", located in the centre of Tel-Aviv and surrounded by restaurants, designer’s boutique shops and art galleries. It is a 2 minute walk from the Susan Dallal center, 5 minute walk from the Carmel Market, 7 minute walk from the sea, 15 minutes from old Jaffa and a 25 minute drive from Ben-Gurion Air Port: mapFrom a night stay to a longer term, our "Hotel de Charme" includes Flats, Suites and Studio rooms. Our suites are extremely spacious (from 65 to 85 SQM) and are suitable for business travel, tourist vacations and can accommodate a single occupancy or families. All our Suites and Studios are furnished in authentic European style and include a land line phone, cable TV, DVD, Fax, wireless Internet and air conditioning. Breakfast at our own Nina café, can be pre-booked as well as Parking and a taxi service from the airport to the hotel.
Having met up with friends by chance in front of the cafe, we decided to have a coffee together The cafe has small tables in a line outside so my husband went to move two tables together so that the 5 of us could chat. The man running the cafe came storming out and rudely moved the table back telling us that we couldn't just do what we liked and that we couldn't block the pavement, which we certainly weren't going to do. We told him he was very rude which he denied. I have had a previous example of his abrupt behaviour and it seems that many people in the area have been treated in a similar manner. We decided to go elsewhere for our coffee and won't be going back to Nina. Definitely one to be avoided!

We went to neve tzedek on suterday to enjoy the sun but the kitchen is closed and you need to bring your own water for the dogs. And the best thing is you can’t sit at the sun even though you don’t disturb any one on the sidewalk

Crazy owner with bad attitude. Don't know what came on to him, but after being moved twice by the owner plus some insults we got out before we even get the coffee. I enjoyed this place once, when the owner wasn't there. I would never come back there.

I don't know their suites but Nina is a good place for breakfast and light meals. Last time I was there in the evening we had an artichoke pizza and a tasty herbs salad with plenty of parsley and cranberries. For breakfast you can get freshly squeezed orange juice and tasy pastries. Service is friendly and easy going. A nice spot.

So disappointing so far - huge problem with check in (booking lost, nobody was there to check in - we waited for thirty minutes). Then it turned out that the child was not indicated and they didn't prepare baby bed so more waiting time. Which makes it like one hour waiting time altogether. And.. Very chubby and untidy all over. The entrance not great as well. Huge space for improvement.

The positives? The neighborhood is fun, lots of great cafes and urban amenities. Very much a bohemian pedestrian-oriented area. And the hotel does offer lots of "boutique" touches -toiletries, a good coffee machine, for example. I cannot speak for the entire hotel. But if you are offered the so-called "family suite" (room 4) I urge you strongly not to book it. It is located at street level, with the main bed only a foot away from the street -- and separated only by single pane glass. You will hear literally everything well into the night: not just passing vehicles, but conversations as well, will sound like they are in your bedroom. I thought I could escape by moving to the mattress on the floor in an alcove -- but discovered that this area adjoins the cafe, so was treated to the sound of banging dishes and restaurant traffic until nearly midnight. The apartment also stays light virtually all night due to the erroneous decision to install only sheer drapes in the living room area -- the windows to which is immediately adjacent to bright street lights. So be warned: if you are a remotely light sleeper, you will not get a good night's rest here. While I was here during the weekdays, I am told by friends living nearby that the noise I endured will be doubled on Thursday and Friday nights!…

Response from NinaSuitesHotel, Manager at Nina Cafe Suites Hotel
Responded 15 May 2015
Dear James, that suite was chosen for you by one of your collegus Few days prior to your arrival, who didnt mention any sleeping problem. our hotel offers our guests the best hospitality that neve tsedek can offer. we never had any complaints in this sort ever that was related to day to day life in neve tsedek- that considered to be very peacfull And quiet. your complaint is not fair since you informed us about your personal sleeping problem on the day of your arrival. I am sure that if we had known about it we would have found a solution. in the overall. I am sure that we deserve more than 2 points out of 5....

Nina Cafe Suites Hotel is more of an apartment than a hotel - this is worth remembering, although it does have it's own cafe across the street. Shabazi St. is perhaps the nicest street in the whole city, very boutique and comparable to Notting Hill in London. It's walking distance to the beach, close by to Rothschild and has fantastic bars/restaurants seconds away. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very rustic and charming – I would certainly recommend it for a romantic getaway.

Sit down enjoy this bistro in the heart of Neve Tzedek. Watch people pass by along Shabazi St. shopping this trendy so happening area. Across the street is a wonderful gallery to see.I enjoyed the best coffee of my life American strong and a delicious chocolate croissant. The service friendly and impeccable. While taking photos of the place I meant a local couple from living nearby, so willing to chat with a stranger. I had no idea this was a small hotel or I would have checked it out too. I paid the bill and left invigorated and ready to do some serious sightseeing for the day.

The Nina boutique hotel has a particular charm. Located in the most charming old neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Neve Tzedek, The large room in which we stayed, suite 1, is on the second floor after an unpreposessing stairway, but opens up to an elegant quarter with a very good large bed, luxurious bed linens, a comfortable sleeping couch, old desk, antique mirror, comfortable settee. The manager could not have been more helpful and pleasant, fetching my daughter's suitcase from a few streets away. We would surely want to stay here again on a return to Tel Aviv.

We had a lovely few days in the Balcony Suite in the very pretty Neve Tzedek district - all boutiques, restaurants, bougainvillea and ice cream parlours. From the hotel it's just a few mins walk to the beach, but much prettier and quieter here than actually being on the seafront. The suite was very spacious with high ceilings and furnished with a bit of style. It's true that this is not a high-end hotel experience - there's no reception. In fact it's more of an apartment than a hotel. The entrance staircase is dingy. The bed was comfy but the sheets thin and too small for the bed. And though there's a big kitchen there was practically nothing in it apart from a couple of coffee cups. But overall we were really pleased to have chosen Nina.
