The hotel is situated between the Dizengoff center and the Dizengoff square and it hardly gets any more central than this. Perfect if you are visiting the town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very small but clean and nice. There is coffee and cookies, even beer in the lobby all day and in the room we had chocolate and wine waiting. Nice ! They do spoil you. There were two problems : one of them is the noise both inside and outside, which is of course partly due to the fact that this is the center of a town that never sleeps. The other was the coffee house that also serves as the breakfast room. Breakfast was included in the rate we had paid and when we arrived to the coffee house, a very unpleasant woman sent us to stand in line outside the hotel. when we were finally given seats at the bar the whole thing worked badly : It;s a real pity because the food is very good but it rather spoiled the breakfast

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and it is the best place to start your walking tour to any part of it. And still, you can have nice and quiet sleep even in the center of noisy Tel Aviv. I really loved cozy and pretty interior. You may have coffee and sweets during the day and enjoy some beer in the evening for free! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had some problem during our stay which was solved immediately! I recommend this place to everyone and will stay there on my next trip with no doubt.

Tel Aviv is a great city .This time we stayed at Cucu hotel at Dizengoff road near the fountain. The hotel is a botique hotel located in a renewed building. The service was very good. The reception workers were very friendly and helpfull.
In the lobby/entrance is a coffee machine 24/7 with good coffee and thee. The room is functional a bit small,a good bed ,shower and toilet. We had a small balcony.
The location is very good and we went walking to a jazz performance ,a good Thai restaurant and a museum of paintings of Ruben Rubins a famous Israeli painter..
Nex morning we enjoyed a very good breakfast whith all kinds of poached eggs. All by all we had a very succesfull stay.

I reserved a room on 1st Aug for the 4th August.I checked the hotel website and it offered a room at a rate which was considerably higher than the one offered by booking.com, so I booked through booking.com. This morning I got a call from the hotel saying that it was closed and that they offered me a room in another hotel in their chain. I refused as I chose this hotel for its location.
I wonder how it is that yesterday both booking and the hotel were offering a choice of rooms for the night I requested, yet suddenly today the hotel has asked me to cancel.Tel Aviv is quite busy these days. Perhaps the rate I got through booking was too low compared to the demand?
I really don't know, but I can't even register my dismay with booking, who seem to automatically send me to the hotel.
Tel Aviv is a wonderful city with many fantastic hotels. Do yourself a favour - don't take the risk of booking this hotel, especially if you are travelling from abroad. The quite simply are not reliable. They said it is difficult to change the options on the booking site. Possibly - I don't know. But what about their own site? That is too difficult too?
There are too many unanswered questions here. Time is too valuable to waste on people like this. Just look for a hotel with better recommendations.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had! I have booked for two nights, I wrote them that will be coming around 4.30 in the morning, they said reception works 24/7. I am coming and there is no one, I try to call, call the phone, knock, absolutely nothing. So at 5 am I had to walk around to find another hotel all by myself with luggage after long flights. So when I did find another hotel, of course I decided to stay for both days there. I had no time to move, I had an extremely busy day. I wrote to the hotel, saying that it was completely their fault, that they put me in deeply uncomfortable and dangerous situation and that of course they should not charge me for their mistake. I did not receive any reply, any apology, but they did charge my card for the night. Absolutely don’t recommend

Just a perfect stay. Modern funky small hotel, at central location, near to Dizengoff center, Perfect location, for all city experiences. The rooms are small, clean, with comfortable beds. All details are taken care of for a best mood, including wine at the room, and a free coffee machine and candies at the lobby. And with welcoming and kind staff , it was a perfect place for me.

This hotel is in a great location, central to everything. Friendly staff and a clean space.
The hotel is very small so the lift rooms and most of the hotel is a bit cosy to walk through, but it has a cute and qwerty feel. Good for kids with lollies scatter around the place and lots of bright colours and fun buttons to push.

A good Choice when visiting Tel aviv

A small cute boutique hotel in Tel Aviv next to Dizengoff Center.. absolutely perfect. All details are taken care of. Staff is very attentive and kind. The room was small but perfect and with a different decoration. Everything is clean and there's a nice smell. Special place for special people.. the breakfast is served in the cafe bistro next door and is also something special and great. The staff there is so kind too and even though busy they are always smiling. The breakfast, different choices on the menu, is delicious..
So a Perfect stay.. loved it.
In the reception area there's coffee and water for the clients. And in the room you'll find new bottle of water every day.
Awesome

Excellent little Hotel with quirky decor and super comfy beds. Everything you need in the rooms apart from maybe a couple more coat hangers (only 3!) Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful especially Nico & Max on the reception. Breakfast in Cafe Cucu is superb and again the staff are friendly, professional and efficient. Loved the stay there.

Yes, I left my luggage for the day. I am not 100% certain if it is locked up or simply left storage area in view beside the front desk. The hotel is small and creative with use of space.
