If you are not vaccinated you can not stay here is a perfect policy for these times for the safety Ofgas as well as their own team members. The check in process was contactless and fast.
The rooms are very spacious sensibly designed, clean and disinfected with special label on every door to confirm that the room had been disinfected. The beds are larger than usual beds and offer perfect comfort.
The breakfast had very large range and everything was packed and placed individually for each guest so no one has to take food by sharing the same bowl that had been placed since morning.
The staff was very respectful, responsive and helpful.

I loved my stay at the rotana tower hotel , hotel is really nice and fancy , staff are friendly, the room is very spacious ( premium double room -high floor ) floor to ceiling windows with an amazing view over Amman city , sunrise and sunset were beautiful to watch by just laying on the bed . The the bathroom is wow ! “Loved the location just two steps from Amman boulevard , which is one of the nicest area in Amman with shops and restaurants and events , Christmas season was spectacular, the decoration the spirit and the vibes where just so much fun for me and my daughter . Will for sure come back .

Saying this hotel is amazing would be an underestimate. The location is great in a prestigious area, a lot of places around for nice walks, shopping and dining. Reception staff are nice and welcoming including the porters. Room is clean, neat and has a nice view of Amman as well as great amenities. The in room dining service is great albeit pricey "like the hotel itself", but you definitely get the worth of spent money in this amazing place. I have to mention mr. Badar specifically for his great help in arranging for a tour to Petra and dead sea, as well as his insisting on delaying my check out when he knew I have an evening flight. He really made us fell at home. The great manners and politeness everyone here showed from housekeeping to supervisors complemented the luxurious facility and made our stay unforgettable. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amman and looking for a top-tier hotel.

Basics that were missing (1) slope of shower floor directed opposite from the drainage, so water do not drain out unless you help it with your feet or cleaners come dry it out (2) until complain is lodged cleaners were not drying the shower floor everyday, did not vacuam carpet under the table . But after complain they started (3) Housekeepers are inconsistent in replacing water bottles, coffee creamers, swetneers, toothpaste etc. Some days you found all, some days one or two items are missing (4) I stayed 13 days and found each and every breakfast item repeated, nothing added as new. Variety of choices very limited (5) Ordered Lamb Ouzi in room one day and found the meat warm outside but cold inside, did not complain immediately because it was a long day for me and I just wanted sleep immediately after dinner (6) Reading lamp not functional at one side of the bed, I informed found it not replaced, didn't bother that much because that side of the bed I was not using anyway
Goods (1) location, you can go to Boulevard in 1 minute walk, it maybe the most happening place of Amman. Through Boulevard yu can go to Abdali Mall, you may find everything you need there including a supermarket on ground floor and pharmacy at basement (2) From hotel high you will get best view of Amman (3) Staffs are more or less OK in hospitality. However, most welcoming staff was the girl receiving all the guests at the breakfast place (F3 Floor) almost everyday Hazera (I hope I spelt her name correctly). To some extent, she is more cordial and customer eervice focused than the front desk staffs.

Amman Rottana has by far been the best hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I have extended my trip over three times and I chose to stay at Amman Rottana because of the service. The person that helped me with my check in and the extension was the front desk manager. There are many hotels near Amman Rottana but I have not seen one as organized as this hotel. The boulevard is across the street and the hotel view of the city of Amman is truly breathtaking. There is driver service 24/7 in case you need to leave and do not have a car. Upon request there is PCR covid testing and the staff is always disinfecting the entire hotel. The staff that serves the lounge, the three-sixty dinning, and bar on 4 all are more than satisfactory. Even the staff that greets you at the door alone brightens up your day. All in all, if I was able to give the hotel 10 out of 10 stars I would.

I can't recommend this hotel enough, for my first trip away since Coivd I was really pleased with my choice for Amman. From the moment of arrival to leaving the hotel and it's staff were great. The valets are super friendly, the security in the hotel is good, they check your temperature each time you come in, staff and guest were wearing masks in reception area's and at breakfast. There's hand gel throughout the public area's and in the room they gave me a pack of hand wipes. The breakfast selection is good, the are'a clean, light and bright and there was a great choice. OI used the gym which was well ventilated and clean, I was staff cleaning down machines after it's use. The views from the bedroom were superb, watching the sun set over the city was magical. I enjoyed the hotel so much I booked to stay again before returning home.

We stayed in Amman Rotana in January, my second time, and this hotel keeps being my favorite hotel to come to. The lobby already says it all, it's modern, spacious, impressive, feels luxurious and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious and I loved the view, breakfast is high quality and has a huge selection, one of the best breakfasts I have had around the world. The spa/gym is smallish but does it's job. After staying in six different hotels in Amman, this would be my definite first choice also next time and has given me a great impression on what Rotana has to offer.

The hotel itself is beautiful, breakfast is great and the rooms are brilliant, but that's where the brilliance stops. The housekeeping service is not great with simple things like shower gel being replenished not being done or new towels being left, meaning you're having to call down for this everyday. But worst of all is the nightclub which blares music loudly until 1am. People come to stay at 5 star hotel for a goodnight sleep and visit a city, not to hear the sounds of nightclub and rowdy drunk people- especially on a weekday.. The staff at the club are even worse- the lady at floor 6 reception was disgusting and rude, someone like this will prevent this hotel from having returning customers. After complaining multiple times for the music to be turned down it's clear the hotel does not care for its paying customers but instead those partying in the club. After having travelled from London to Jordan this nightclub part of the hotel has ruined the stay at the hotel and I will definitely be deterring all friends from Staying here. Having stayed at 5* hotels all around the world, this was the worst. Just awful. So disappointing to ruin a stay, as many staff me members were very lovely.

When i made the reservation i selected a smoking room and made a note that its my wedding night, to prepare it for the occasion. I arrived at the hotel, gave my bags to the concierge and headed for check-in. The agent informed me that my room is a smoking room as requested. I went to the room and found out that its a non smoking one, the bags took 30 minutes to arrive after calling front desk who transferred me to concierge who didn't even pick up , then i called front desk again and they passed the massage. The room wasn't at all prepared for a wedding night i excepted to see a flower bed , maybe my expectations for 5* hotel is a bit high, but that is the least to be done. When i asked the check-in agent he said that because they had to change the room into a smoking one at the time of check in (lie its non smoking) they couldn't arrange it. Although im a big fan of Rotana hotels, specially in GCC, but, i was disappointed in Amman Rotana due to the below points:
Stayed 2 nights, and although the price is overrated, i asked for cleaning services 3 times with no luck of getting it.
It was my honeymoon trip, i asked for a special treatment or at least some flower arrangement, they refused and asked us to pay 20JD
Changed my key card 3 times, it keeps stop working.
No shattafa hose in toilets
To be honest, Will not come back

I do not remember a car rental desk there. The hotel is within walking distance to a shopping mall which may have one. I would google car rental service near the hotel.
Well if you’re looking to tan yes definitely but in general the pool is usually very cold and since it’s on a high floor it’s gonna be windy but if the weather is good it’s a great place to chill
There are more places to choose from in the Amman area.
