The suites are large with bedroom, large lounge/kitchen area and a huge walk in shower (no bath). The Queen size bed was firm and very comfortable. The kitchen equipment included an oven, microwave and fridge. Breakfast was included and served in the restaurant. It was a quality buffet, including typical dishes and amazing pastry selection. Room service is available with typical international food. The staff were very friendly and happy to meet any requests. Attached to the suite hotel are a Spa and a separate Lebanese restaurant, where we ate on two evenings. The hotel offers discounts for these facilities.

We stayed in this lovely hotel in 2 bed suite. It was great and only issue was really noise if the air con in our room. Breakfast was great and we also had dinner one night at Lebanese restaurant next door which was enjoyable. It was a lovely hotel to start our tour of Jordan. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool although it looked great.

Great boutique hotel in central Amman. Lovely room with small kitchenette, lounge area, king size bed and plenty of storage space. Lovely bathroom too. We loved the outdoor pool on the rooftop which we used every day. There is a bar which also serves bar snacks. The tables are lit up at night for the evening services. You can see across the city from here. Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice - lovely food. And do try the restaurant attached to the hotel (Lebanese) - it is wonderful - best Lebanese food we had in Jordan. If we ever get back to Amman, we will stay here again.

My family and I stayed at The House Boutique Suites for one night during our visit to Jordan, and overall, it is a modern hotel that is a bit faded. It is an impressive building, architectural-wise. When it was built, gleaming new, it must’ve been great. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite, and while the room itself was cavernous and huge, the furnishings are very bare and not maintained. Both lights in the entryway of the room were broken. There’s just a lot of concrete and granite everywhere, so the few things that differentiate from that stand out. Location as a mixed bag. There is not heavy security here like there would be at the Four Seasons or any other Western hotel. You can just take a cab right to the front, which, of course, has its pluses and minuses. We didn’t explore the area because we weren’t here for that long of a time, but we did walk to the neighboring Lebanese restaurant. (The front desk gives a 15% off coupon if you want to try that out.) Staff was responsive. However, we booked through American Express and they really didn’t know what that meant. They’re part of the AmEx travel portal that gives us upgrades in property credits, but they basically didn’t know what that was so we didn’t get anything besides the upgrade. Overall, this hotel is not as expensive as the luxury hotels all located together near the Four Seasons. A fine option if you want to stay in this part of Amman.

Great hotel and perfectly situated for starting a tour of Jordan. The checkin process was brilliant and very swift given the middle of the night. Rooms are very spacious and well equiped and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was quite basic but good quality. The roof top pool and bar was great with really good views over the City.

We spent five nights here at the beginning of our holiday and two at the end, so we got a good feel for the place. Our travel agents had tried to persuade us to stay in one of the big international chain hotels but we felt this was more suitable and we certainly did not regret our decision. Our room at the start was on the sixth floor and had a balcony which was very pleasant. Rooms are large and equipped with a kitchenette. There is a gym and a sunny pool. The one strange factor is that, apart from a large buffet breakfast service, there is no restaurant , lounge or bar, and the only possibility to eat apart from breakfast is via room service, which we found acceptable but odd. In fact this encouraged us to seek out the local restaurants in the area, particularly in Rainbow Street, where you will get some excellent local food at much lower than hotel prices. The allegedly best restaurant in town is less than 10 minutes walk away, serving Lebanese food and patronised by the well heeled locals. There were a few little management niggles which could easily have been remedied by a bit more attention to detail, but we were very comfortable and found the atmosphere overall very pleasant and the location excellent. Would definitely recommend this over the usual chain hotels.

We had a truly remarkable stay at this place. We’ve been twice in ten days, upon arrival in Amman and for our last day before departure. Our two-bedrooms, two bathrooms suite was awesome, spacious, comfortable. The living has lot of incoming light. Staff extremely gentle and professional. The hotel has a swimming pool with an outdoor patio for sunbathing, size of the pool not really big but in the absence of many people still enjoyable hanging out there. The hotel provides a 15% discount voucher for the restaurant next door, the LB Lounge, actually I believe one of the best restaurants in Amman, we could not do anything else but end up there for any of our meals. Valet car service available. Quality for price great. Only downside: after some usage, the drain in the bathrooms smell like sewage and despite attempts by the housekeeping, they could not fix this. It made one bathroom almost unusable. Had the same problem on our second stay, and in a different room, so it looks like it is a recurring issue (could be read also in several other reviews). Summing up, would definitely recommend and my only place should I get back in Amman.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here in Amman with our 6 year old daughter. After booking what we thought was a simple triple room through our Travel Agents, you can imagine our delight to arrive at 4:30am after a long flight to find it was actually a huge, stunning 2 bedroom suite with living room, kitchenette, 2 huge bathrooms and amazing showers. Enormous comfy beds, enormous floor-to-ceiling windows with views right across Amman including over the King Abdullah 1 Mosque. It's within a few minutes walk of Rainbow Street with some wonderful restaurants and has a gorgeous Rooftop pool with stunning views. Delicious breakfast, perfect air conditioning, I cannot praise it highly enough!

Beautiful accommodations and incredible people. Stayed at the The House Boutique Suites at the beginning and end of our first tour of Jordan. Very comfortable and everyone was so welcoming and pleasant. The venue and rooms are high quality and well maintained. Knowledgeable concierge was at the ready to help us with recommendations for the local experience.
