Truly exquisite. I think what I loved the most is how intuitive The St. Regis Amman was during my stay, not the kind of rigid luxury. All the talents were focusing on me as a person (not a guest) which to me is the best part. Super anticipating, accommodating, helpful. I needed to go 1km and they’re happily willing to walk 2kms together. Mohammad in FD, Apriani in HK, whoever on the other side of my Bonvoy chats, the Private Dining team, it’s just a total excellence (given that I moved from another 5-star luxury hotel around STR with a disappointing experience). The room is simple and nice — some items (like kettle, coffee machine) are placed impractically, but that’s okay — it’s also clean, complete, nice amenities, great water pressure. If you are big on sunrise, get higher floor overlooking Abdoun Tower then your eyes are in for a treat. Food? Don’t even start. Breakfast is super complete and delicious (shoutout to Wulan to write a personal note knowing I’ll be out continuing my trip in Jordan) Private Dining’s food was mouthwatering (the rose is truly nice). Thank you so much, St. Regis Amman.

Beautiful luxury hotel. Service was fantastic. They think of everything. Two items pressed per day complementary. Highly secured which made us comfortable. A couple of good restaurants in the hotel which we enjoyed. Very comfortable bed.

This is a very comfortable , clean, hotel of a high standard . We booked a room with two twin beds and it’s probably spacious enough for a family of four. The selection the buffet breakfast is awesome. Id book here on my next trip; hopefully they keep the corporate rates low.

Went for drinks on the rooftop bar/terrace. Great setting- with a nice view over Ammman, fabulous cocktails (cheap, delicious and ...quite strong!). The service had no fault and we ordered the sharing cheese and charcuterie boards and they were lovely. Would definitely recommend for a nice cocktail in a great setting. Would go back :)

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the world we have been to, and shows that St Regis continues to strive for perfection. I love that every Regis property is uniquely designed and blends a modern take on Art Deco with local influences. This is Jordanian hospitality at its best, always prompt with any request but respectful of your privacy. As a Marriott Platinum member, I have never felt more valued and pampered. Other Marriott properties could take a lesson from this one on how to build real loyalty. Not only did we get an incredible upgrade (early to mid September is a great shoulder season time if you are fine with a bit of dry heat outdoors and lovely cool evenings), but the staff at every restaurant treated us like VIP. The property gave us 20% discount on food and spa treatments, and the couples massage we had was fantastic (I wish more hotels thought to install heated massage tables…just heavenly). Youssef the bellhop was a consummate host and always helpful. He is exactly the kind of person you want to be the first interaction for a guest entering the hotel. Ahmed and the entire team at Segretta made for a truly memorable evening in a partially outdoor restaurant that feels like the Garden of Eden. The pomodoro soup was perfect and the chicken Milanese was so generous that it was enough for two people. Aseel at Mercado was lovely. We greatly enjoyed the two salads, beef salami pizza and penne a la vodka. The tiramisu was excellent, as were the Aperol Spritzes. The breakfast. What a feast, with a diverse blend of global cuisine. For eggs, I highly recommend the shakshuka. The French toast was perfect. The cheese and pastry selection was incredible. Abd the concierge arranged a wonderful private tour to Petra. The legroom on the S class makes the long drive so much more comfortable. The guide, also named Abd, was superb and really helped us understand the design and cultural and religious history.

The only positive is Segreta restaurant (food and staff are exceptional) and the breakfast (Mercado) is also good. Apart from those, everything else doesn’t live up to the level of st. Regis. We arrived at 3pm and had to wait 45 minutes to get the room, with cold apology from the receptionist who also refused to give us in return late checkout till 1 pm only. Room amenities are poor (no hair conditioner or shower gel, only shampoo), stains on the carpet, scale isn’t working. When we checked out, we asked for help with the luggage but nobody showed up so we had to take our luggage ourselves and proceeded to the lobby. Pool is very crowded most likely with day-use guests, was hard to find a sunbed. I would definitely recommend other hotels in the same area as there are plenty within walking distance.

In the last week of June 2023 we stayed at the St. Regis Amman. The hotel has several different facilities which makes the trip ‘fully equipped’. The staff are mostly very helpful and the suite we had was cleaned well. The floor has some signs of wear and tear here and there, but certainly not predominant. Especially the extra services of Lana made our stay very pleasant and 'homely' and the services of in room dining (Soufi? and colleagues) made our stay special, noteworthy and memorable. The hotel is definitely recommended if you want to stay in Amman in a luxurious way.

This is a great hotel with a few challenges to sort out. I was facilitating a conference with international guests and we utilized a conference suite on the LG level plus coffee/lunch catering with A/V support. First, the 'likes'. The conference/technical staff were superb and checked every morning to make sure everything was set up properly. The F&B service at the hotel is outstanding, starting with the best breakfast buffet anywhere while the buffet lunch also in Mercado was equally delicious. Coffee breaks came with an array of snacks and treats. Staff everywhere in the hotel were consistently customer-focused, going out of their way to confirm everything was alright. The spa’s facilities are excellent and I felt guilty as an individual reservation is arranged: essentially you get the entire spa to yourself. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Marvelous. Now the challenges. There is a strong perfume scent on the G (ground) level which is inconsistent with newer standards for scent-free environments. The beautiful outdoor pool only opened at 9 and closed at 6 which limits is usefulness for before/after work use. Air Conditioning in the conference rooms struggled to find the ‘goldilocks’ (just right) temperature. Finally, the elevator was closed on the conference level for a special event which became a good fitness option but presented time challenges to get to higher floors. Recommended.
