This hotel is located in a very busy and dirty street. There is no free parking or parking at all, u might get a fine or piece of your rental car taken away if you leave it in "front" of the "hotel". The sheets from our bed were used, staff is ok, nothing good or bad to comment about them....

My boyfriend and I stayed here several times during our stay in Jordan. The staff is very nice and extremely helpfull. The rooms and the lobby were always clean, and breakfast was great with pancakes and omelets. Would definetly recommend this hotel, if you want to live in a nice, low price hotel in downtown Amman.

Dear Arab Tower team, First of all I wanna thank you very much for helping me getting back my backpack (e.g. all the phone calls with the airport staff that you did). The location in Downtown Amman is great with easy walking to the Citadel, the Roman Theatre, markets and yummy food places. The room was nice and clean with...

As far as hotels go it's pretty standard. It's location is a really good selling point. The staff were really good, helpful and attentive. If you have a complaint about this hotel, then pay more money and stay somewhere more upmarket. This is reasonable for it's price, but the real value is the helpful staff, nice breakfast with a lovely...

We booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews, but were very disappointed. It is very run down. The bathroom in our room was disgusting. We do not need luxury but this was several steps below basic. It's a good location and the desk clerk was very nice. He called to book our bus to Petra. But after staying here one...

Located in the middle of a noisy street at first glance I felt it as a particular experience, as the neighborhood was full of shops and people walking all around. However, there is a mosque very close and also the Citadel and Roman Coliseum. The front desk staff was friendly and they offer affordable tours on private cars to Jerash,...

I stayed here on my first day in Jordan. The front desk staff was very helpful and directed me to a few good eateries & shisha cafes. Room was spacious and clean with room heating & sufficient bedding to keep you warm. The toilets could be a little bigger. Definitely value for money. The breakfast is a decent spread &...
