Great place to stay, amazing food, and service. The location was phenomenal for getting around the city. You can easily book a Uber or a taxi within minutes from here. Everyone especially Omar was incredibly friendly and helpful with anything that I needed. Would stay again. Overall 10/5 for everything they did for me.

We stayed here because it was relatively inexpensive and we were prioritizing getting out to Petra. The staff are very friendly here and the breakfast that is included is simple. We did try two different rooms - the twin room and the superior double room. Spending just a little bit more made a big difference and we had a separate living room area, a bigger shower, better shower pressure and more furniture with the superior room. There is a mini bar in the rooms as well that was fairly priced. The first night we got in we asked where to get bottled water and the front staff told us we could just have the bottles in the fridge and was kind enough to offer us a couple of bottles. The hotel rooms could be a little cleaner and the beds were not to our liking but for the price we paid we are happy. The hotel has an on-site restaurant and bar. Thankfully they close the patio around midnight so you can get a good night's rest. There are a few shops and coffee places nearby. The hotel is about a 35 minute taxi ride from the airport and offers set prices for taxis and tours depending on where you want to go. Both Uber and Careem are good options in Amman. The hotel takes a 10 JOD deposit which is refundable at checkout. If you prepay for your room, be sure to remind them as they might forget.…

Great location. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Excellent Front desk service and security guard on duty round the clock. Inclusive breakfast could have been better, especially the coffee. I would stay there again.

The hotel is good. Friendly reception staff. The room is small, but very nice. The bathroom is fine. Breakfast is buffet and it was enough to start your day. The hotel has an elevator, restaurant and an area to have a drink.

Lift was not working. No light in staircase and had to carry the luggage as the reception staff did not help. The room given was smaller than what I had booked as they gave me lower floor room due to lift problem. Stayed only one night so it did not matter much, breakfast was cold and low quality without much option. Only saving grace was omlette

My experience with this hotel was the absolute best! My family and I visited Jordan for the very first time, so we wanted to see and know everything about it. Of course we've looked up the basic things for tourists, but still, we wanted to know about the best places, the best way of transportation etc etc. This is where the hotel came into the picture. We've met the kindest receptionist girl at the front desk, who helped us with EVERYTHING. She was always sooo kind with us, we've never felt like we're a burden to her with our huge pile of questions. She has helped us with pure joy and her recommendations were the absolute best!! Our room was completely fine, had a great view from the window and it was always clean. The design of the hotel is also really modern and fancy! Everybody who worked there was really kind with us all the time, also the breakfast was immaculate! The hotel is in a really good area, you can easily hop in an uber and get in the city center in 15-20 minutes. Also the services of the hotel were quite good and within a reasonable price range. Excellent accommodation, comfortable beds, every day two bottles of water for free. Although the dining room seems small it is lovely with TV where you where you can watch current news. For dinner they serve two main meals only but very tasty. The speciality are theirs mixed vegetable salads. Around the hotel are the shops and restaurants. Who want to save money for gifts thus he / she can go to big hypermarket Carrefour which i about 1200 m far from hotel. For example 1 kg of dates (first class) costs 2,99 JD.
