Loui, our contact from the hotel, took excellent care of us! no matter what questions or concerns we had, he was always available and helped us quickly. he got us a cheap rental car, which we even got delivered directly to the hotel, he also got us access to a resort on the Dead Sea and an appointment at Al Pasha Hammam. Apart from that, he was always up for a nice chat and enlightened us a bit about the culture. Thank you for the great stay! the hotel is unfortunately getting a bit old and the central location naturally means a lot of traffic. but the friendly staff easily makes up for it!

Pasha Hotel transportation services are highly recommended for tourists in Amman! (Even for customers who have not booked a hotel room). They organize English speaking, reliable and friendly drivers to take us from point A to point B. The prices are reasonable. Communication was always very straightforward. Thank you very much!

Very good experience overall. They staff was amazong, especially the manager Louie who also helped in renting a car and organizing dead sea resort in a very good price. The service overall was very good. Pricing is also very affordable. I will definately visit again and recommend this hotel to everyone visiting jordan.

good 3-star accommodation; easy to find; secure parking; rooftop breakfast is appealing but there could be a wider range of food for breakfast; bed comfortable; some cleanliness lacking here and there

I fully enjoyed my stay in the Amman Pasha hotel. When arriving quite late I was warmly welcomed with a cup of tea and bedouin coffee prepared next to the lobby in a lovely, beautiful, cosy created bedouin tent style space where you will love to rest after a long trip and to hang out with other travelers and locals while enjoying traditional live-music. Furthermore, you can enjoy very tasty freshly prepared traditional food over there or at the rooftop bar/restaurant where you have a stunning few directly to the roman theatre, one of the most famous sights in Amman. The location of the hotel is just perfect for exploring the city as it is located directly between the roman theatre and the citadel. Every interesting sight, museum, local shopping areas, recommended restaurants and bars, ...are reachable by foot by a walk of 40 min. max. Also the colourful streetlife is just happening around the corner, but far enough away to have a good night sleep. The rooms are very spacious and the shower and toilet is working properly (enough water, pressure and also hot water available all the time). Personally, I am more of a backpacker (for over 10 years), low budget- traveler- so first I was planning doing my tour through Jordan by bus or by renting an own car. But Louie, the manager of the hotel was suggesting doing a kind of organized trip with a private driver and I don't regret a single time to follow this recommendation. No hessle with getting bus tickets in advance, no running around with luggage in the heat...Everything was perfectly organized, happening on time while giving me the flexibility to go where and when I want, to change my plans if I wanted- so to take my time and be spontaneous as I used to be. The communication with Louie was very easy and answers and concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. The drivers were very kind and reliable and had a good level of English to manage the trips and to have nice conversations. The staff in general (reception etc.), also the "partners" Louie is working with (e.g. in Petra or Wadi Rum), were very friendly, kind, respectful and put a lot of effort inside to make the most out of my trip and to make me feel comfortable. You can ask for any kind of help and you can express any kind of wish, though it is in the middle of the night. It is very easy to get in touch/connect with the people and I had a lot of interesting, inspiring encounters. Jordan is an amazing place to be and if I will return- the Amman Pasha Hotel is the place to be in Amman:). Thanks a lot to the whole team, yours- Sophia

Amman Pasha Hotel made me feel very welcome. The people who work there gave me information when needed, thought along if I wanted to go somewhere and they were always really friendly. The hotel was a nice haven in a vibrant haven! The view on the rooftop is amazing, the rooms are clean. I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks!

We went with friends for drop off bagagge (as it's very difficult to find this service in Amman and this hotel is the only one doing it even for people who is not checking in the hotel). Louie was very helpful! We left our bagage and went with the shuttle service to the airport with Mo also very nice! Highly recomended. Also they have a super nice rooftop with amazing views!

The Pasha hotel and the stuff offered us a great experience of the beautiful city of Amman. The hotel was clean, tidy, with great breakfast, but the most important are the people. Lui helped us with renting the car, giving us top recommendations where to stay in Wadi rum and also where to find the best places in Amman. Also other guy on the reception was very helpful, kind, always smiling and willing to answer any kind of question. They made our stay in Jordan unforgettable! Thank you again!
