We stayed one night and picked it as we knew we would have to leave at 5am and get to the airport so thought we’d pick a big brand for ease of transfer. And then found out they charged 40JOD for a transfer so ended up getting an Uber at 05:00am for 18JOD instead. So really we could have picked something more central. Check in staff are fine, although we booked and paid for a king size non smoking and they didn’t have any so we had to have a twin instead. Room was clean and everything looked new but also really dated - e.g. I don’t think a 5 star hotel should have shower curtains (it was spotless but it’s still dated). It was quite a quiet room which was good and the aircon worked well. The bed was really comfy. The pool area is old sun loungers and loud music, the two outdoor jacuzzis are nice…

Lovely staff at the hotel. Front reception and helpful housekeeping. Stayed here twice at the start and end of a 7 day tour of Jordon. First room was on the 12th floor. Very nice. But poor shower pressure. 2nd stay was on the “Quiet Zone” 7th floor. Room the same. Plenty of space to unpack suitcases and massive comfortable bed. A nice place to stay and sleep. The toilet did unfortunately have a small leak form the rear on our last night. We put tissue paper down to soak up the water. Front desk informed. Will be sorted. Buffet room a very good size. OK choice of food but had better. Salad bar excellent. Was happy with our stay.

We stayed here twice on this visit as we were on a tour. Greeting was welcoming and the staff were helpful upon check-in. The bellboys are very helpful. The rooms are a bit overcrowded- far too much furniture for the size of the room, although the second room was a better size. There was only 1 teabag, 1 bathrobe and 1 pair of slippers in each room but when we asked, we were brought two bottles of water, tea, coffee and coffee mate. The outdoor pool was not in use. The buffet had plenty of choice but was only ever lukewarm. Toiletries are limited and are screwed to the walls which made it difficult to access when in the bath. Rooms are a bit dated and repairs/modifications are evident. On two occasions, we were refused entry to the dining room as they were holding functions. There was no warning about when these were taking place. The first time, we had a hand held up to us. We were told to go upstairs where a bar had been turned into a makeshift dining room. We waited for fifteen minutes to be seated and were only seated then as my husband called out to grab the attention of a staff member. I had difficulty reaching dishes as they were placed up on the bar and in two layers. I brought this to the attention of the duty manager, Hassan, who arranged for us to have dinner in the V Lounge the next night ( our meals had already been prepaid). The second time this happened, we only found out when a member of our group changed hotels so went to scope out the facilities and told us. …

Nice hotel easy to access for the parking and nice food and excellent service V lounge is the best steak house in town with a really affordable price .shisha at Vienna cafe is one of the best there I think it will be nice experience to try smoked salmon there
