stayed at the hotel for a day. The room was very comfortable, clean and safe. The breakfast was varied and luxurious. We also visited the Burj Al-Hamam restaurant. The restaurant was very sophisticated and the service was fast and very good. We thank Mr. Mohamed Shehadeh for taking care of us.

Actually I'm One Of The People Who Love Mexican Food , I Came Here Last Year To Dine With My Fiancee At Cinco De mayo And Meet The Great Person There Mr Abed , When I Came back To Eat MEXICAN food Again and Meet Mr Abed , I Realy Felt Soo Bad When i Didn't Find Him There , I Asked About Him But They Informed Me That He Been Moved To Lebanese Restaurant, Definitely I went There To Meet Him And Directly My Mind Been Change To Eat Lebanese Food . Mr Abedalhadi Welcomed Me Perfectly And show Me The Real Hospitality of The Intercontinental Jordan Hotel as usual . I needed help printing very important documents for administrative reasons and Christeen was on shift and extremely capable and helpful. As well as all other staff on duty I felt this hotel was extremely competent in taking care of customers. I will definitely be coming back. Shukran jazilan.

Amman strikes me as not easily conducive to walking, so the Intercon is not far from the tourist sights by car. Security is the first thing that strikes you, even to the point the Uber can’t drop you right at the front door. New section has nice rooms, but the older section is tired. Comprehensive gym and pool area. We had executive Club access, which is nice looking and had very few guests. Staff were very polite there, but not actively forthcoming with service. For example, choices of snacks or happy hour food was very limited and the snack buffet quite small. Staff would offer one alcoholic drink and never returned to refill or clear the table, even though there were 3 staff and 6 guests in the Club. There was no tray of glasses to encourage self-service and all cold wines were hidden away. But staff were so friendly, we couldn’t make a fuss. But please take the feedback that we could have felt so much more welcome if drinks and food were more forthcoming, even if only during happy hour. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant was better than the Club. Overall clean and welcoming, the stay was comfortable but uninspiring.…

Have stayed twice this month at the Intercontinental Amman Excellent 5 stars service, good recognition for the IHG loyalty members The club lounge team Mr. Raouf and Mr. Yousef were very professional , hospitable and attentive The food at Burj Alhammam and Cinco De Mayo was delicious Mr. Samer did a great job taking care of our special requirements Overall excellent experience

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We upgraded our room to have access to the club lounge on the 8th floor and it was so worth it. There was great breakfast, tea time, and happy hours with complimentary food and drink. The views from the club lounge were great too, and we reserved the meeting room to get work done during the day. I’m in a wheelchair and I appreciated the care and effort the staff took to make sure I was accommodated. Delicious food too!

The room was very average. As we arrived very late the hotel provided a snack box but this contained too much food and was not removed the next day. We had to ask the staff to take it! The breakfast was very good apart from some variability in the strength of the coffee. The indoor pool was lovely and not crowded. A good place to relax after busy sightseeing. There are several different restaurants with a good choice of food.

Jordanians are amazingly kind and nice, but one stands out, REALLY stands out - Mr. Mahmoud Shehadeh. He was the hotel rep that took me to the local hospital to address a minor medical issue. He drove me there, helped me check in, helped me with the doctors, waited, helped me all questions and get my medication, and drove me back. Later, after I had checked out of the hotel, he took the time to reach out to make sure I was feeling better. Truly a kind soul. Thank you, Mahmoud. Thank you very, very much!

Really enjoyed our stay at Intercontinental Amaan. The staff were so amazing they really made our son’s 8th birthday so special with a complimentary customised Ronaldo cake made for him as he is such a fan ! Beautiful rooms and attentive staff and special thanks to Christina & Areej who went out their way to make us feel welcome ( loved the gender balance in management!) room was of high standard and the spa facilities were great! Highly recommend!
