Nice fairly modern hotel in a quiet more residential area of town. Comfortable and clean rooms with working central AC. Decent breakfast nicely presented with pastries, fruit, mezzes, as well as an omelette station. Staff were helpful and accessible, the manager Mohammad in particular was able to answer questions even before my stay to put my mind at ease. Unlike downtown Amman, not much is within walking distance in this neighborhood (though there are restaurants within the hotel), however, Uber was very convenient and affordable to go downtown (and other attractions) and it was nice not having to deal with the noise of downtown to get a good night's rest. Overall pleasant stay and I'd be happy to stay here again next time I visit Amman.

We stayed 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was excellent, very cleaned and comfortable and had a terrace where we could relax. Everybody was very friendly and very helpful at the bar and the restaurant in the mornings and evenings . The food options at breakfast and for dinner were very varied, tasty and good quality products. We would certainly stay again at this hotel!

Very nice hotel. We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony. Large comfortable bed. Large bathroom with a shower over the bath, would have preferred a walk in shower. The water took at least 10 minutes to get hot. Tea/coffee was available in the room, but amounts were rather limited. There was 1 UK socket and the others required European adapters which luckily we had brought with us. Choice of breakfast was included, There were a few nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Nicely renovated hotel.A number of restaurants on site and nearby Staff were friendly,helpful. Only stayed a few hours as had a very early flight,but did try the Trattoria and the AlQasr Garden, both were excellent I would stay there again if in Amman

Very efficient and quick check in when we arrived at 2am. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a couple of drinks at the Al Qasr Garden next door (ask reception for a 15% discount ticket) and the atmosphere was great and the service superb thanks to our waiter Ammar! Thank you.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities and fantastic food. The staff were all very welcoming and extremely helpful. Room cleaned beautifully too. A special mention to Wissam who was extra alert to our needs and helpful as well as very smiley.

Thé hôtel was beautiful! We’re so happy we booked here as the staff went out of their way to help us several times. To management, DO NOT lose them as they’re so kind and helpful to guests. Anas checked us in and he was so so kind. He upgraded our room for free and even let us check in super early (11 am early). After a long journey, this was so appreciated. He then proceeded to recommend dinner spots and gave us 15% off dinner when he didn’t have to. Thank you Anas for being so welcoming. Additionally, my husband and I being new to Jordan, fell into a bit of a taxi trap (novices I tell you) and the taxi driver was trying to rip us off. Immediately the staff helped us out and got the rate down. They came to our rescue straight away and told us to use Uber next time. Sharing here as I didn’t think to do that :( we had been walking for 3.5 hours straight that day haha so wasn’t thinking clearly. BIG thank you to the front of house, the security and the staff who helped us that day. We cannot thank you enough :) As for the hotel, it was lovely! Had everything you needed, staff who care and spacious rooms. Please note that we’re non smokers and I think some rooms had a smoke smell to it but you can simply let the front desk know that you’re not a smoker and they will ensure you get a non smoking room.…
