Trisket and I recently spent several nights at the Cham Palace while traveling Israel, Palestine and Jordan through Amazing Global Travel. We really enjoyed the property...it's a lovely mixture of the old and the new-many mirrors and lights, a fantastic water feature in the lobby and a great view of the city from our balcony. The breakfasts were great and... More

Very good hotel for families staying for short periods. Breakfast is good but when we wanted to have dinner we asked for pizza for children and I asked for onion soup both were not that much although the price was very high. When you arrive you can't find water in room or facilties to prepare tea or coffee like other... More

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our Jordan tour. Staff are friendly and smiling, made to feel very welcome. The rooms are massive and we were lucky to get a nice view over the city which lit up at night. Lovely and clean. Beds have sheets and a blanket rather than a quilt which felt strange. Only criticism... More

This Hotel, I would recommend! ... Friendly, Very helpful Staff, nice room, tasty meals....I had Breakfast & Dinner there.(stayed 3 nights) Couple of things I wasn't keen on, is that Housekeeping staff need to be a little more attentive to what requires doing, especially in the Bathroom. Hair dryer, a nightmare....especially if you are left handed!!!! & most of all...especially... More

Stayed here 2 nights and literally only slept and ate breakfast as we were doing day trips each day to see Petra, Jordan valley and Israel but the hotel is fine. Air conditioning in big rooms, food is ok for just breakfast, wifi is a bit hit and miss but the staff were friendly, the hotel doesn't proclaim to be... More

Upon entering the hotel room and although the room was clean, there was used cigarette butt left on the side table and the glass door to the balcony was left opened. During the dinner hotel buffet, we have to pay for hot drinks. It will good if hot drinks are served even during dinner.

I stayed in this hotel in June, 2016. Room was bigger, but very terrible smell and AC was not working properly. Poor housekeeping. Room is not soundproof. Lots of noise coming in the room. Breakfast average.

As members of a tour group, we stayed here 4 nights. When we were there, all the hotel guests appeared to be members of tour groups, some very large. This presented a problem at the buffet dinner our first night and the breakfast buffet every morning, because the dining room was crowded, people jostled for food, and some items were... More

I have visited this hotel on a business purpose. It is in a quite and residential area, so not close to the center or Citadel. But, with a few dinars you can reach these points with a taxi in a 15 min ride. Before you enter the hotel, there is security check which gives you a comfort of knowing that... More

The hotel was recommended by our travel agent. The rooms were large, clean, well maintained and had a safe in the room. Staff are friendly and polite. Unfortunately, you would have to taxi to go to see the sites, or go down Rainbow Street to experience the Amman café atmosphere and night life.
