I am a Life Time Titanium. I hardly ever have time to write reviews. Following are the PROS: Friendly services received from all hotel staff, from checkin, bellmen, room upgrade (to x27) to a suite with 2 balconies, lounge (Ibrahim), breakfast, Toscana restaurants, to the Valet parking attendants. The Parking attendants saved the second half of my trip. Here was what happened. On departure day, I got a late check out and went to the airport 4 hours before my flight. One front tire was totally flat. The Parking crew ensured me that they would get it fix. I was thankful but worried! 25 minutes later, they replaced the tire and I was on the road. This was service beyond the call of duty. I had plenty of time to get to the AMM airport. Toscano restaurant won't mind to reheat my left over pizza from that same restaurant we dined the night before. Ibrahim in the lounge took care of that for me. You can't make this stuff up. Oh, by the way, parking was free! Sorry NO CONS!…

We had the best hotel experience at Sheraton Amman Al Nabil. The staff is more than attentive, they are welcoming and pay attention to your comfort. So impressed that they all remember our names! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant Toscana has amazing food and equally amazing service. I highly recommend this hotel and be sure to eat at Toscana while you are there.

I had the good fortune of selecting this property for an eight-night business trip to Amman, and from the time of check-in to the last step out the front door on my way to the airport, my experience was wonderful. Though all staff whom I interacted with were excellent in every way, I must thank in particular Haya, Tania and Saed and the front desk team, Gimaima and her colleagues in Housekeeping, Amanda and the other staff in Mosaic, and Mahalia and Ahmed and everyone else at Toscana. To be sure, when I return to Amman, I look forward to spending time at this property and with these folks.

Our recent 3 night stay in the Sheraton was a delight, All the transportation and tour arrangements made with the hotel team were excellent and we packed in a busy schedule of tours and transfers. The front desk team were friendly and efficient during the check in and departure stages. Our room was excellent, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed a good nights rest with no external noise from the street. The F&B facilities were very good: the morning breakfast team in particular were very kind and helpful. We stayed a further 1 night the following week and enjoyed access to the Club Lounge which was well worth it. Also we indulged in the pool and Jacuzzi: these were both of very high standard of maintenance. All in all a 5 star hotel of a very high standard!
