Very nice property located in an accessible area. ~10-15 mins walk to Boulevard. Good and prompt service. The breakfast spread is great. Very safe and secure. ~30 mins drive to the Downtown (old Amman) area which is a must visit.

I spent three nights with Grand Hyatt Amman and my experience was close to perfection. I am grateful to their offer of courtesy upgrade to a high-floor suite room with the view of one of the icons of Amman, King Abdullah I Mosque, which looks gorgeous in the early morning when the first glimpse of the sun shines on it. The checkin process was smooth and seamless. My suite was super spacious, in great conditions and nicely prepared with all requested amenities set up prior to my arrival. Since I spent most of the daytime on visiting the attractions in Amman, I did not have the opportunity to check out the recreational facilities such as the gym and the outdoor pool. However, I appreciate their recognition of Globalists’ benefits by offering, for instance, complimentary breakfast at the main restaurant of superb quality as well as cocktail session at the Grand Club Lounge on 9/F with a wide range of beverages and canapés selections available. Servicing was in general well above standard, which made this Hyatt property to consistently become among the best five-star hotels in Amman. Hyatt has always been my preferred brand of accommodation whenever and wherever I travel to. Regardless of the location, their properties emphasise on guest feedback and strive for continuing service enhancement at all times. Despite a minor hiccup with the billing during checkout which was quickly resolved, my experience this time with Grand Hyatt Amman was, as always, with no disappointment. I wish to say special thanks to Mr. Ali Alamaireh (Rooms Division Manager), Ms. Clémence Armbruster (Assistant Front Office Manager) and other associates of the Front Office team for their great help with handling my bookings and pre-arrival enquiries for the benefit of seamlessness of my overall experience.…

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel after arriving in Amman for our 6 day private tour with driver/guide, We arrived late and the hotel had packed a dinner box for us ….a nice gesture Room. The room was lovely the bed and pillows very comfortable….with city views, chairs and a desk . Food. Breakfast was a large buffer and was filing with variety …I liked the fresh juice “shooters” as you walked into the breakfast room The one disappointing aspect was the dinner for half board it was a simple pasta with some marinara sauce and chicken. I felt it could have been better , and another choice would have been appreciated..it was just underwhelming .. Spa. Excellent facilities , it even has a Turkish hamman …the well equipped gym is inside the spa area Security was implanted when arriving as we went through a metal detector. We found this at several hotels specifically the larger chain ones . Staff. Staff was very professional , kind and friendly I recommend the Grand Hyatt for a pleasant stay in Amman !…

This is a lovely hotel, with a refurbished spa area, an indoor and outdoor pool and a really nice patio area with a restaurant and bar. We had two connecting rooms that were very spacious and comfortable. What is also an amazing attribute, is the Hertz collaboration. We were starting our trip across Jordan from Amman and Hertz at the hotel helped us refine our travel plans and provided a car in tip top shape with the most amazing driver (Badr, Thank you, you are a superb driver and were so helpful to us.) One thing to note, there are restrictions on when kids can use the pools and the outdoor pool is in the shade for most of the day, which made the poolside somewhat chilly in October (but I imagine can be very welcome in the hotter periods!)

You can see that it once was a great hotel. It is still acceptable, but the price does not match anymore with the quality of the hotel. Rooms are getting old, bathrooms needs a “real” renovation. Not small quality renovation as it is now. Food, beverage and service are much bette.

I received an email from the hotel a few days before my check-in, and the communication was exceptionally swift and punctual. As we entered the hotel, the receptionist, Jeries, warmly welcomed us with a big smile and was well aware of our prior email exchange. Without any hesitation, he upgraded our room to one that exceeded my expectations, even though we had arrived at the hotel earlier than planned. Shortly after, the front desk manager, Mamduh, came out and promptly escorted us to the club lounge, ensuring we could relax while our room was being prepared. True to his word, our room was ready in less than 30 minutes, and he personally delivered the keys. To enhance our convenience, he thoughtfully assigned our room on the same floor as the club lounge. Upon entering our room, I couldn't have asked for a better space for the two of us. It wasn't just spacious but also impeccably clean and remarkably quiet. It was evident how much effort they had put into ensuring our stay would be a memorable one. The hotel's location is also convenient, with easy access to popular attractions like the Citadel, Roman Theater, and Abdali Boulevard, all within a 2 JD Uber ride. I love the detox shots at breakfast, but the rest of the food is not particularly exceptional. It's pretty much what you'd expect from the Grand Hyatt breakfast buffet, with some local dishes available. As for the Club Lounge, they serve hors d'oeuvres from 6-8 pm, and the food is quite good, with a decent selection of vegan and vegetarian options. We also dined at The Lambard, an Italian restaurant, and the food was delicious, with excellent service. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone working at the hotel for providing such excellent service.
