Detailed Reviews
Being the equipment provider for Oxfam conference at Landmark made me feel overwhelmed with how smooth and easy things are, in terms of the room organization, facilities, and refreshments.
Upon entering the restaurant, a nice smiley welcome by Rula and her colleagues makes you feel at home.
The food is a different story, full of flavor, that mixes between the originality of grandma's cooking, but being served in style.
Great management indeed.

We spent a night at the Landmark twice a couple of weeks ago at the beginning & end of our wonderful Jordanian tour. The rooms were very clean & comfortable with any amenities that you should need. We specified that we wanted a non-smoking room and were given a room on the non-smoking floor.
The buffet breakfast and dinner, served in the Colours Restaurant was good with a
nod to western food tastes. The Colours that give the room its name come from the stunning lighting fixtures by Don Chihuly, American glass artist, and it's worth visiting the hotel just to see them.
The negative part was the small cocktail bar which houses three large t.v. screens all showing sport that evening, it was also very smokey. I think I was the only female in there so we took our drinks into the lounge, which we didn't find very convivial for cocktails.

We are here to join a NatGeo Jordan trip, and came in a few days early to explore on our own. The hotel is great- lovely large, clean, comfortable rooms, great beds and even a pillow menu! They have all the services you could need. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant here has been
Excellent- very large selection, very fresh and varied, and reasonable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and happy to advise as needed. Like all hotels here, security is very tight- cars
Coming in are inspected, and guests and their bags go through a scanner before entering the hotel. If you’re a walker, you can walk to the main sites —— but never prepared for hills, steps, bad or nonexistent sidewalks, lots of traffic and invisible Crosswalks!
We would definitely stay here again.

I recently came back to Jordan from aboard and was required by the MoH to quarantine for 14 days. I have been in the Landmark Hotel Amman.
The room is spacious and gets plenty of daylight, and has a nice view. There is a working area and sitting area. The room
has a mini fridge and coffee making set.
What made the stay really special is the dedication and friendliness of the staff. We were a group of over 100 people with different dietary requirements and they met them all. The delivered birthday cakes on the day. They passed by numerous times every day with food, water, juices, toiletries and cleaning supplies. They were all kind and courteous. I cannot think of a better service in such circumstances. Thank you Landmark team.
Our group left you many well deserved gratitude notes.

Its my first family visit to Amman and it was a very good choice selecting Landmark Hotel. The hotel is located on main road (very easy to take taxi) near Boulevard street and Abdali Mall around 10 minutes walking. First of all the hotel staff are wearing masks all the time at the reception, lobby, breakfast area, also housekeepers.. The sanitizers, masks, are all over the place which you can feel always comfortable. Staff are super friendly, smiling all the time. Rola & Mohammed the smiley faces when entering to the breakfast area, Mohammad visit us each day and ask us what to drink, i remember Rola allows us to take coffee from the breakfast area to the swimming pool despite we have finished our breakfast, Chef Mahmoud on each breakfast he memorize to prepare Nutella pancake for my kids and for me fresh hashbrown. The reception team is very cooperative, ive lost the room key one time and the other forget it in room, in a couple of seconds she gives me a new one, also ive requested maintenance for the bathroom in 5 minutes they came and fix the issue. Now coming to the breakfast, generally its almost the same each day with some tuning in sweets and Danish cakes, but its definitely delicious. The breakfast area have a major issue that it's not well aerated, when u go out/ back to your room all your clothes have oily odor which you should directly take out your clothes!
Swimming pool area is very clean, life guards assist you directly with towels and movable sheds.
I highly recommend this hotel :)

My arrival went so smooth! Everyone greeted me with utmost respect and hospitality! My room is spotless, spacious, quiet, modern design and beautiful. What really won me over is their attention to small details: the room is complete with everything you "might" need, specially the toiletries.
Another plus for me is that their shampoo, shower gel, etc are free of harmful chemicals! Now there next step is to shift from travel size bottles into big ones that pump to minimize plastics :)
Overall, 5 star experience!

First I must say if you have the choice make sure you choose the landmark hotel for your quarantine as 14 days is a LOT of time when you can’t leave your room especially if you are the only adult with 3 children.
The rooms are spacious with French windows overlooking the city of Amman a feast for the eyes really, morning or night. The rooms are pristine, the beds comfortable, and yet again I have to mention the space is really ideal especially with children (make sure to take corner rooms in that case) you’ll have your small private hall.
The staff are extremely helpful and will stretch out of their way to accommodate you I will especially thank Mr Ahmad Talal who bent backwards to accommodate my little picky eaters which is no easy task when you have a full hotel at hand. I would most definitely highly recommend the Landmark Hotel be it for a short or long stay with or without children.

Starting with the most important and number one priority, Customer Service.
I would like to thank all (and without any exceptions) Landmark Hotel staff for the great stay. Beginning from the smooth and swift check in, to the amazing responsive front line, as well as the room service, housekeeping heroes and finally the brilliant chefs. You made my stay an exceptional and memorable one, I can’t thank you enough. The hotel is very well managed to the highest standards from all aspects (Rooms and Hygiene) , and is located in Amman the capital city, close to many exciting places, Rainbow Street, Al Balad, Abound, and Shmeisani.

I stayed at this hotel for business for more than three weeks. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is very courteous, absolutely warm and friendly. I received professional support in each of my concerns. I can absolutely recommend this hotel and its staff.
The breakfast buffet is worth mentioning. It includes Arabic dishes, European dishes and international dishes. Please ask the cook Mr. Abdulrahman for his perfect freshly made omelettes with ingredients of your choice. The pastries are freshly prepared in the in-house bakery.
The same applies to the evening buffet, which offers freshly cooked products and also serves excellent wines.
The outdoor pool area is also very nice. During my stay, however, it was already too cool to swim due to the weather conditions. Instead of that I can recommend the fitness center located on the first floor, which includes treadmills and exercise machines.
After I had a long business stay, I would like to especially thank some of the hotel staff for their friendliness and professional support:
Mrs. Nisreen, Mr. Fadi, Mr. Alzyond for the warm welcome every morning at breakfast. I would also like to thank Mrs. Lubna and Mrs. Jiwan at the front desk for their support.

The Landmark isnt right in the thick of things, but we like to walk around to see how the people live so we were very happy with the 50 min walk from the hotel to the main attractions such as the Amphitheatre/citadel and old town bazzar.
The hotel is clean and there are magnificent views from the roof top dining areas. Lovely fresh flower arrangements and hand blown glass art.
We just had a basic standard room, surprisingly big. The bed was a super king and just so so so comfy. I also liked having a window that can be opened. You dont find that often in hotels these days. Check in was quick and easy. All staff speak good english and didnt laugh at me when I tried a bit of Arabic
Breakfast is amaaaaaaaaxing with a huge array of both Western and local food to choose from. We ate so much, it was ridiculous.
Fadi and Nisreen looked after us at breakfast time, checking we had everything we need/like. They were very lovely and professional and we enjoyed talking to them both. Although Fadi wasnt as interested in talking about perfume and Nisreen and I were LOL Thank you Fadi and Nisreen :) My husband needs to go perfume shopping now :)
COVID safe measures were evident all over the place, all staff wore masks at all times and hand sanitizer available EVERYWHERE. We felt very safe.
I would recommend staying at this Hotel, I would happily stay here again.
