Pre-arrival communication was excellent and they arranged a taxi to pick us up at around 01:45am. The welcome when we arrived around 02:30 was great also. The place is very clean. I also really liked the location, it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood you can happily walk around.. quiet that is until you get to the hotel, which is by far the noisiest place in the whole area. We booked this around 6 months ago when there was no mention of noise on the reviews, if there had been then we wouldn’t have booked it. Unfortunately our room on the first floor was directly above the venue. The first night we arrived so late it was ok, though even at 3am there was a fair bit of noise from people moving stuff around downstairs. Night 2 was ok, there was nothing happening. The problem was night 3. We had an early start and tried to go to bed at 10, but they had an event on. The music was so loud it was getting through earplugs, I called downstairs and asked when it was stopping and got told 12 and was told to put ear plugs in. I said I had. She said she’d speak to them to see if they would turn it down… 10mins later they turned it up.. it was so loud you could feel the vibrations coming through the bed. It did however get turned off at 12. The next morning we checked out and I mentioned it, the guy on reception said they’d stopped at 11, I just looked at him and he straightaway changed his mind to midnight and apologised, though he seemed to think it was funny and was laughing. Generally reception staff are a mixed bag - some are lovely and really helpful, some just completely ignore you and don’t even say hello when you great them as you go past. Breakfast was disappointing. It is advertised 7am to 10am, in reality it’s 7:30-9. If you arrive before 7:30 then nothing is out, at 9am you will find little food left and hardly anywhere to sit as the tables are full of other people’s plates and leftovers which aren’t cleared. Some of the reviews talk about having freshly made omelettes or pancakes - this is not a thing. at no point in 3 breakfasts did anyone offer us anything other than what was on the buffet (2 out of 3 breakfasts there wasn’t even any staff there). Overall, I completely understand that some people will love a lively location and not have breakfast - and that’s completely fine and this will be perfect for them - the location is excellent and it’s spotlessly clean; but if I’d known about the noise then I wouldn’t have booked here

Good little hotel located in a quiet neighborhood of Amman that is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and bars. Overall I appreciated this small contemporary hotel and its young and friendly staff.

Only good things to say about this hotel. Clean, spacious and great central location. We loved the super clean bathroom and the beds were also super comfy too. Very helpful staff who offered to help with everything from restaurant reservations to bag storage to re-booking for lower rates. They were also kind enough to agree to a delayed payment for the airport transfer which I had forgotten about upon checking out. With such stellar service, its probably a matter of time before they snag Tripadvisor's Traveller Awards.

I stayed here for 1 night after being mislead by the website of another hotel in Amman called the Amman Pasha which is to be avoided. The Canary Hotel is quite excellent. Staff are so friendly and helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean, the bar is great and the chef is amazing. If you are going to Amman, look no further than here.

Lovely stay in the suite. Comfortable and friendly staff. Only down side was that the music outside was quite loud until 12:00 most nights. Nice breakfast, good tv and decent shower. Would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Thanks!

We really liked the hotel, its great location and the always attentive staff. But today I am writing to especially thank Hadeel who was always at the reception during our stay. Thank you for always welcoming us with a big smile on your face, cheerful and kind words. For really caring about our well being. People like you make our day more joyful and the trip unforgettable.

Super friendly, great, central location (with the caveat that you need a car in Amman). Simple room, but with everything you’d need. Nice breakfast buffet. Glad we stayed here! Our only issue was that the room smelled faintly of smoke. I cannot overemphasize how friendly the staff was.

Shout out to Hadid and Omar for their outstanding service. You can see that they are genuely there to help you in anything possible and not because they just have to. Since prior my travel when I got covid and had to cancel to the actual travel and stay in the hotel they were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is super well located, clean, rooms are spacious and the complimentary cookies are to die food (delicious). Thank you for everything.
