This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel, and the overall experience was average! The room needs updating! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was average, but pricey! The cost is approximately $25 plus per person! The carpet in some common areas needs replacement or shampoo! The hotel is fairly close to the mall, about a 20-minute walk or 5 minute Uber ride. Theirs a few restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is approximately 45 minutes from the airport.

Not much to say than perfect stay. I enjoyed. Food is good and the room was big enough. All perfectly cleaned. The restaurant offers multiple choices. I really felt home. The staff is also very welcoming.

The hotel is very well equipped. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Mohamad at the concierge deserves a special mention for organising a trip to the Baptism Site. Breakfast was a feast.

Our two separate stays here were part of a single tour. The rooms are OK, though the bed linen had stains on them on two separate occasions. We paid for half board, so had breakfast and dinner. The choices were not great, from our perspective, and did not vary much during the week. Service was also somewhat lacking. Water is, at least, included and readily available at dinner. All other drinks are very pricy. The AC units, which appear to vary from room to room, are functional though are not particularly quiet. Our second room seems to have had smoking in it before, despite our request for non-smoking accommodation. Access is securely guarded, which gives the appearance of safety, though we found that there is a second entrance that was unmanned. There is an ATM available on-site. All in all, somewhat disappointing for a 5 star venue.…

My organisation held an annual meeting and conference at the Kempinski and we found the service and the facilities were very good and met all our needs. In addition the rooms were very comfortable and the restaurant food had good variety and was good quality.
