Warm and helpful staff. Ready to help tourists and business travelers. Stayed here during a Business visit in November 24 , and it turned out to be a rainy day. Staff and concierge were very helpful with advise and helped book taxi and recommendations for visits.

It's an amazing hotel, in terms of cleaning, services, food, and most important the outstanding staff, they were friendly, and helpful. I'll repeat my visit to this hotel soon. Many thanks to the staff there 🎩❤️

We needed a hotel close to the airport as we had a very early morning flight the next day. After reading so many horrible reviews, I set my expectations really low. Much to my surprise, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Yes, the service is uneven and I'm not sure English is well understood. Our room, however, was clean and comfortable. The restaurant "dinner buffet" was a bit odd with most of the hot dishes were not very hot and the dining room atmosphere is cold and uninviting. The airport shuttle was prompt and easy. This property should be rated as "three-star" and it certainly is OK for a place to rest before or after a flight. Most of the real complainers reviewing this hotel were probably part of a mob stampede after a jumbo jet cancels a flight. The hotel claims they can get 400 guests unexpectedly at once. Fortunately for us, that was not the case.

"Hey there! I recently stayed at airport hotel in Amman, and I have to say it was an incredible experience. Everything from the moment I checked in until I checked out was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were top-natch. The location was also convenient, with easy access to everything . I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Amman. Thank you for providing such a memorable stay!"

This hotel is a dump. The website says it is four stars, but I would rate it as one. Bathroom shower was basically broken. They initially gave us one towel, no bathmat or hand towels. Worst breakfast buffet we’ve ever seen.

Despite the recurrent bad reviews about this hotel they still didn’t care to improve? How? Why? Because there is no competition especially this is the ultimate choice for airlines to keep their passengers for delayed flights! Disgusting 100%. The rooms are just impossible. I am not too posh to not stay in average hotel, but this one my goodness, unbelievably filthy and disgusting. Stained beds, carpets, towels, discoloured linens…I’m even questioning if it was washed as it has still the smell of God knows what. The lamps, phone, tv, bidet, shower, faucet and everything looks 1000 years ago without maintenance! Good thing I always bring flip-flops or I would have skipped shower. I slept 2 hours due to exhaustion (delayed then cancelled flight) otherwise i would have just sat in the lobby waiting for my next flight!! To be fair the staff are nice except for the receptionist during check-in! I tolerated the cold bread and boiled eggs with prepacked jams during breakfast because I was starved, but lunch was very good, and dinnerr (and wifi) just OK. BUT still not worth even for $10 dollar a night even if it is a close proximity to the airport, better pay $50/3 hours in premium lounge offered at the airport or just Uber to the next hotel. SKIP THIS ONE!

We were sent to this hotel as our flight was cancelled and as soon as we got there the trouble started. Check in was going quickly considering there were 200 passengers to check in at 3am. We got a room and thought let’s get food now as 200 people will start needing food as well, this took a fair amount of time to do but I guess the chef was not prepared with the influx at 3am ad was actually really nice. Went to the room, we were given a room with someone in it…..thank goodness they put their chain across the door to stop us physically entering the room and causing all sorts of trouble. Went downstairs, tried to catch the attention of the overly overwhelmed and over worked hotel staff…..no rooms left. There were people checking out luckily so we were told wait 1 hour for rooms to be cleaned. Of course this was unacceptable (Wizzair told the hotel there were 100 people but in fact we were 200, so you can see where the incompetence started to come in….). A manager took pity on us and led us upstairs and we waited outside a room for it to be cleaned. Got inside. Oh my word…..no hoovering, no towels, a toilet constantly running. We just laid on the lumpy bed and pillows and hoped to sleep as much as possible. Woke up, new flight delayed until 11pm. Went to breakfast and this was just a disgrace, I don’t even no where to start but we did a 180c u-turn and left. We tried to get out for the day in to Amman, no luggage storage facilities unless you bay 2jd’s….booked an Uber and the security guard at the entrance of the hotel took all our passports (like he has the authority?!?!) whilst a MAJOR dispute took place as the security guard was questioning the Uber drivers licence. Police came, resolve it in 3 seconds and the terrifying screaming and shouting stopped, our passports which were being withheld and had nothing to do with the dispute were returned and we could leave. We had a fantastic day in Amman, and we returned and got our luggage quickly and easily and departed on to the airport. There are no other airport hotels like you would expect to see, so this hotel has the monopoly and no competition to be better. Perhaps when there isn’t a cancelled flight the service would be better but the standards in the hotel are very low, improvements needed.

Booked this hotel for the proximity to the airport, took them more than one hour to transfer us to the hotel. If I had known it would have been easier any other hotel. Do not book it thinking it will be easier, you still need to go through passport control and take a bus

The room was absolutely filthy. Requested towels 4 times, never arrived. Breakfast was shocking, asked for a fork 3 times, never arrived. Walls/doors so thin you can hear every person who walks past and every plane that takes off. Overpriced. Don't be fooled by the nice entrance / reception

The staff is so overworked nothing gets done. They should hire more people and they might have a chance. I spent 2 hours in reception to get a room! The room is fine but didn’t have a towel so I waited more than 40 min to get one after I called house keeping.
