We were here as part of a group booking (will return in a few days). Good hotel, good location on one of the streets leading to the city centre. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Very accommodating front desk staff. Room was a bit on the small side, lighting could be improved. Bathroom was clean, however showerhead had a mind...

The positive of this hotel is certainly its location. Being right on the second circle, you have easy access to most of Amman. (There happens to be an excellent Shawarma stand across the street and a wonderful dessert bakery right around the corner!) The building itself is a bit dated, but I had no issues with that. The problem I...

We stayed at this hotel as part of an organized tour (group tour) of Jordan. Location is good, taxi drivers find it easily (20JOD from the airport). Staff at reception were very capable, we were assigned a room on a high floor with a view towards the 3rd circle and the Intercontinental hotel and King A mosque. The rooms were...

Excellent location on 2nd circle with the an easy walk to nice restaurants and some of the best street food in the city. Nice clean hotel, very responsive service, excellent range of options at the breakfast bar. I would recommend double room 414 (big with excellent views).

The location of the hotel is great being surrounded by small cafes and snack shops and money exchange etc. Rainbow street is walking distance. Rooms are spacious with good views of old town. However, it really needs improvement in cleanliness. Showers are horrible as all water comes out and makes floor wet. Internet connection is dicey.

Reception staff helpful and friendly, but the room was shabby and not too clean. The shower showered everywhere and the hair dryer didn't work, discovered only after I had washed my hair. Although reported, the dryer didn't work throughout my stay. Food not bad, traditional Arab fare, but nothing special. After a long day I got back thinking that a...

Rooms are spacious and well laid out. But the windows had a thick coat of dust, Maintenance was lacking, with dust predominating in corners. The staff is friendly. But be wary when you ask them to call a cab. You will be compelled to get an expensive private cab. Opt to call a running yellow taxi by stepping out of...

Staff are friendly and helpful while room was clean and functional. Hotel owners should take out the bidet and create a real shower (not a small space in the bathroom with shower curtain and water spraying everywhere). Good breakfast. Convenient location for visiting Amman's sights, getting local food, and walking around. Reception assisted with writing taxi information in Arabic.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location , in the central part of Jordan , on circle no 2 . It's just a stone's throw away from the happening rainbow street ! We were given an upgrade on checking in , and our room had a small living room with very comfortable sofas. The rooms are of decent...
