The location is very bad if you don't have your car . You need to wait a lot to get in a taxi . I tried this hotel because it was near to the hospital i had an appointment in it. Honestly the rooms are clean and specious. The receptionists are always helpful and cooperative with the customers

This hotel is new and everythig was perfect within the Rooms. Whenever we requested something they would make sure it was done quickly and with great care. They even bought some sweet dishes and drinks from a wedding they were hosting. We were welcomed to experience the wedding too. We would definitely stay again.

I have been for a week in the Hotel on business trip , the Hotel located in the Gardens area in Amman ,very beautiful and quiet ,all the stuff member are very friendly and helpful ,I didn't expect a very high quietly of service but I had it . The apartment that I had was with 2 sleeping room ,very clean and organized. If you need a taxi you can order it by reception half hour in advance . There are a pharmacy and supermarket and a restaurant and laundry and flower shop and a cafe nearby the hotel . You can ask the hotel for any help about trips to Petra or Dead Sea etc ... And the answer and the plan are very clear. The last thing I want to mention is the hospitality of all workers specially ZAID the son of the owner , he made my trip much more easier by taking so much care about me and other friends . If you have any requests you can tell the reception like extra bed or a wash machine or any other things. My advice is do not hesitate if your going to Amman you can stay in this hotel ,it's the best hotel that I stayed in for the last 12 years.

We found this hotel on booking.com and there was an offer at the time, so we stayed for 6 nights for only 330 JD. I very much recommend this modern, quiet and clean hotel if you like self service apartments. It's ideal for those who don't want to spend lots of money eating out as the rooms have cooking and eating facilities. Just a few things to note, the hotel is just by the Sharia Court in Gardens and is quite central but quiet. It's about 15 minutes drive either way from Downtown Amman and the wealthier side of Amman (not sure what is the name of the area). If the traffic is clear you can get to the airport in 30 minutes for about 25JD. Not all the taxi drivers knew where the hotel was, so make sure you're able to give directions in arabic or pick up a location map in arabic before setting out - these can be found at the hotel front desk. Most of our taxi drivers ended up calling the hotel for directions but the map was very handy. The rooms are self service apartment style, so we had a nice modern and clean kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom with a great power shower. However there is no service to freshen up your rooms during your stay - you might to be able to ask for this, but we didn't. Make sure you are able to pay by mastercard before checking out - they don't accept visa and their credit card machine doesn't always work. The hotel belongs to the family who run it, they are really nice and will go out their way to be helpful. If you're thinking about visits to Petra, Dead Sea, Mount Nebo etc - ask the hotel staff and they can provide private drivers for around the same price as taxi drivers. Just make sure you negotiate on the prices for a good deal. On our last day the hotel arranged our visit to the Dead Sea. We paid 30JD for travel (only 2JD more than a JETT bus) and 25JD each for access to a private beach and buffet at the Dead Sea Spa Resort. Also last minute we decided to visit Mount Nebo for an extra 20JD. So it is worth asking the hotel for prices.

We stayed for three nights and were really happy with everything from the cleanliness to the quality of the sheets, towels and shower. Salem the owner was really nice and looked after us very well. The credit card facility however needs to work better as they need to understand that international travellers might prefer to use this facility then carrying currency or always going to an atm to withdraw money at extra cost.

We found the Al-Amer Palace Hotel on Kayak - the reviews were good, the price was great. Less than a single room at a nearby Holiday Inn for a 2-bedroom new modern apartment with a kitchen and living room. Very central location, friendly and helpful staff, modern and basically clean apartments. A couple of caveats - the rooms are self-service; i.e., no maid during your stay. They give you towels but no soap or shampoo. Easily solved by a visit to a nearby supermarket. The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are pretty quiet - every now and then you can hear noise from outside, but it is very muted. Free parking, free internet. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the location could be a little better marked. Honestly, this place should be packed with families and groups taking advantage of their great prices for a large apartment.
