- Got a good impression about the hotel when checking in. It was fast and quick and received nice welcome words and wish by the receptionist which is not common in other hotels.
- The hotel is large and seems nice.
- Two floors of private parking area in basement. Parking around the hotel is not easily available. Enough slots available in basement parking.
- Taxis were available to Haram round the clock generally in max one minute. Was charged from 15-20 Riyals without bargaining to-and-fro. You have to tell the taxi driver about the hotel name, near Kubri Rawdah, next to NCB (Bank-al-Ahli) branch.
- I did see multiple big buses outside round the clock going and coming from Haram. However, I generally always prefers to use taxis so didn't use them.
- On entrance there is a coffee shop which has a lot of nice seating areas with multiple LCDs. The are not a full coffee shop but sells water, juices, soft drinks, coffee, tea, milk tea, etc in on-street prices. It was a pleasant surprise.
- Didn't tried the hotel restaurant for meals; only breakfast.
- The room was nice and large.
- The beds were cozy and everything seem like a real four star hotel. I have seen inferior 5 stars hotels.
- The room has LCD, a small table with 3 seats. Every bed has side table. More than enough comfy pillows. Each bed having reading light of its own. A 3 door cupboard. Iron board also there but didn't use it. Probably have to request for iron to get it.
- Nice washroom with shower and toilet areas separated with glass doors. Shower area has no bath tub but has rain shower. Never felt Hot /Cold water running out.
- Wifi was strong and good. You can find the password from the reception.
Now few minus points...
- Although I have lived in better surroundings, there was not much fault in location as I was able to get taxis in generally within a minute any time of the day.
- They MUST improve Breakfast. It was extremely limited with same menu on both days. End time is 10am and make sure to reach there before 9am, otherwise even the limited breakfast will have finished items with no further refilings.
- Hotel room was having the phone but there was neither hotel menu book available nor hotel extensions guide. I wasn't aware of even the operator's or reception extension. And no! 9, 0 or 1 were not working.

Approximately its 2.5 Kilo from Masjid Al Haram. Hotel provides free shuttle service which is available 24/7
Yes you can, contact us on 00966555208722
Waalaikumsalam, abt 5mins to the entrance of al haram and when u are going back just show the driver your room access card but most of the time they won't ask as the shuttle is free
It's about 3km apart and frequency is every 15mins and they ll drop u near al haram, and need to walk abt 5mins to the entrance of al haram and when returning back to hotel, the bus will be at the same place where it dropped u. Hope this helps :)
The frequency of shuttle from hotel when I stayed was around 10-15 minutes. Although didn't use, but lots of people were using it.
