Going to Mecca in spring is wonderful - mind you I have performed umrah in many conditions and no matter what time of the year, what state your in, be it fasting or not, performing umrah is amazing. This hotel was great for our purposes - very close to the harem and no complicated lift routes to take. I would...

My family and I stayed there and yes, it was excellent. You can see the Kaabah from your hotel room and the rates are somewhat affordable for that sort of location. One thing though, you will have the same menu at the cafe everyday.

I have been to other hotels at Zamzam, but i was not that impressed with the Hotel. My main concern was the rooms that do not have any kind of view, its blocked and as a person who gets depressed from dull rooms, it was very annoying to me. It was not the right thing for them to plan it...

We went to perform Umrah with our children and stayed here. The location was very good, it was close to the Haram and to numerous eating places. But over all the hotel was very average. We paid for a quad sharing room (not cheap!) which turned out to be a regular room with two extra beds, making it quite cramped....

The hotel was soooo near to the Masjidil Haram. I would choose this hotel again just because of the location. Room: The bed was big and super comfy even the room was quite old. The bathroom is quite small for the triple sharing room. I believe that our room was double sharing but being added an extra bed to accommodate...

Found this hotel through Tripadvisor.com which gave me many results but booked through Agoda.com which saved me more than 50% of the amount I was going to pay off I booked by myself. The location of this hotel is most excellent & is - I think - THE NEAREST hotel to Al Masjid Al Haram; once you exit the hotel...

Location is great close to Haram but access is a bit difficult as elevators always get easily crowded. Restaurant is a 4-5 stars with wide variety of food and drinks. Rooms are a bit small but clean..

Stayed at this hotel for 10 nights during my Hajj visit. The hotel is very old and worn out. There is so little about this hotel that's good. Location it's great, very close to the haram. Plus there is a market place at the bottom. Very disappointed with the standard of the hotel. The furniture is too old. Rooms are...
