This hotel I didn't like to take a picture to its room or loopy or even the corridors not only because its not my style but because the management team and there workers is the most great in treating there guests and because they promise me that they are going to start a total renovation for the entire hotel next... I just stay here for more than 1 week. Absolutely this place is closed to holy mosque, easy to finding and comfy room. But as usualy the habbit of arabic culture is "like that" for services. Need to more improving for satisfaction of guest. But in here is almost same with another hotel in sampe grade. So far, comfortable for... More

Spent the first weekend of Ramadan 2016 in this amazing hotel. By all means it is over expectations especially during this very busy period of the year, i. e., Ramadan. Performed the Umra to go back to the room only steps away to find a great Iftar in the Hotel's restaurant. Despite busy time of Ifrar waiters were very helpful,... More

Been to Mecca many times but first time staying this close to the Al Haram Mosque. Al Safwah Hotel is a perfect location for all visitors to Mecca who wish to perform Umrah or Haj. It's just footsteps away from the Al Haram Mosque and extremely convenient with good shops, food outlets and supermarkets around. The rooms are extremely comfortable... More

My wife and I fifth visit to Makkah and second time staying in this hotel. No changes in terms of its services. Location wise to al haram is the best. Breakfast definitely need to be improved. Eight nights with the same choice of breakfast, f&b should be aware of this. Waiters at the restaurant needs training. House keeping did a... More

The hotel is overseeing Masjidil Haram, perfect location to perform solah jama'ah as it is only about 100m from King Fahd Gate. The huge prayer room of the hotel is also facing Masjidil Haram. The Quad room is just the right size for the 4 of us in a family. Bathroom is of good quality with very good water pressure.... More

The hotel is located closest to the Haram. The view of the Haram from the hotel is second to none. The hotel is nice and simple, not too over the top in my opinion. I tried to book the hotel over the phone but credit cards are not accepted. A bank transfer is as equally challenging because you have to... More

Being in Makkah going for Umrah, location to be close to AlMasjid AlHararm is the most important factor for the selection. The hotel is very close and it is located in Al Safwah towers in a very nice mall where you can find all of your needs and no need to go outside. On the other hand, some staff on... More

Those who stay in this hotel (and any other hotels near Masjid Al Haram) are mostly pilgrims, who do not have high expectation like those who are on holiday. Thus, most hotels here tend to be very average in terms of services. Anyway, this hotel is quite ok, clean, room is rather small, pretty bad sound-proof (you can hear noises... More
