I stayed at the Saraya for 20 nights while performing the haj with my wife. The hotel is quite near to the mosque juat about 150 meters away. Staying on the 10 floor with the view of the street and the royal palace was nice. We could see all kinds of activities on rhe street. The staff, especially the one...

Foods average, specially designed for arabs. So southeast asians will face trouble. Overcrowded dining, lifts and rooms . WiFi very much limited. But as near to HARAM sharif, u can stay there considering cost.

Absolutely a horrible hotel. Rooms are cramped up. Tiny toilets and inadequate lifts. I was there for Hajj so overlooked all this keeping in mind the proximity of the hotel to Haram. And that is the only reason for the 2 star.

it was a good stay, staff wasnt that cooperative but the onwer was. breakfast was more on the Egyptian/Turkish side rather than on the Sub-Continent side but still not bad. you get to have something at least for the breakfast like eggs, butter, honey, milk, tea, coffee, olives (awesome). location is very near to haram (best advantage)

Service is bad and our room was not cleaned at all during the 5 nights in Makkah! Wifi is like 'lucky draw' where you...

Negatives are: Rooms are small. Staff is not friendly at all. Breakfast is more inclined towards Arabic dishes. Wifi in lobby only and that too is connectable at non-rushy hours. Positives are: very close to haram, 5 minutes brisk walk. Overall a good experience. Value for money is there.
