The travel agent will tell you that it's less than a km from Haram. While this is true, but the hotel is located uphill, and the climb is really difficult, especially if you are with kids or older people. The buses are easy to find from the hotel, but really difficult to find on your way back. Generally the hotel is clean and comfortable. Stayed there with my family during Ramadan 2016.
Also, communication is a major problem if you dont speak arabic. Almost the entire staff is arab and does not speak even english.
