The ambiance was so relaxing and good place to unwind - hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is enticing place to sleep and comfortable. I love the Mediterranean and Italian cuisine which I am thinking to come back to taste it again...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We have been back to Riyadh for business and stayed at Al Faisaliah again. What I enjoyed most during this one week stay was the ultra-personalized service that made my stay so smooth, seamless and efficient. The butler service that helped with unpacking and packing and somehow always anticipated my next move and was always a step ahead i.e. arranging...

Dear Daniel W, Thank you very much for posting this fantastic review here on TripAdvisor. I have regularly stayed at this, once, fine Hotel. Sadly, I am aghast at how much a hotel can decline. The suite and the corridor smells like an open plan barbecue restaurant. The housekeeping refuse to make up the room by not noticing the makeup room sign or actually claiming that I had left the do not disturb sign on....

I stayed at Al Faisaliah for 3 nights only, but it felt like I have been there forever. As a female traveler especially in this region, i felt so safe and truly taken care of. There was not a single occasion that I waited longer than 3 min for staff to assist with any request I would placed. I also...

Ok let's be honest, this hotel is pretty magnificent and it is truly a super top 5 stars hotel, service is impecable, rooms are amazing and everything is too notch including a personal butler. The problem is that you pay a fortune for the room and in top of that you have to pay a completely exorbitant car they send...

I frequently travel to Riyadh for business and often stay at the Al Faisaliah Hotel. As a female traveler to the country, it is important to me that I stay at a hotel that I feel at home. Al Faisaliah Hotel is that place. The hotel staff is eager to help (sometime a bit too eager) and the mood is...

Had a very nice multi night say at Al Faisaliah. The hotel complex itself is huge, well located and tucked back nicely to stay off the main road. The decor is very nice and rooms are comfortable- both standard rooms and the suites. The level of personalized service is what sets this place apart. From the door men thru the...

A fabulous room - with a separate lounge 2 bathrooms, butler service, bog comfy bed and tall, tall ceilings, lovely. The breakfast was really good, and the staff eager and helpful. A nuisance getting your bags scanned each time you enter the hotel, but overall a great hotel.
