Great hotel in the heart of Seef Very friendly staff Especially Naresh Chopra at the front desk who made us feel very welcomed and gave us good tips about the city The room was very spacious and the bathroom was a treat with a huge bathtub to relax in Car parking was also amble and security to was top notch
I booked at ramee grand hotel for 6 days during eid holiday staff were nice specially nishan at reception and amjad at concierge they are very friendly and helpful unfortunately my trip turn at end to bad experience with other staff at reception his name taroon and her name sabah On day of my check out i received delivery cloth item the delivery lady gave it to reception at 09:00 am and gave them my name and room number however they haven’t send it to me i called 2 hours later to ask about it taroon has answered me saying that he will check and call me back then 20 min later he didn’t i called again asking about my item he said come down your self and search for it then he hang off the phone on me i called again twice to clarify the lady sabah answered me and when i asked her about my item and i tried to describe it to her she hang off the phone , i was so much pissed off by reception attitude and behavior , i came down and i found my item was just next to taroon office with tag has my name and my room number , he didn’t bother to search for my item where it was just next to him , when i express my frustration with their behavior from hanging the phone and receiving my item 2 hours and half without sending it to my room and neglecting my enquiry about it they didnt even bother or apologize , i request from them to call manger and give me management e-mail to address my complaints they refuse to give me E-mail and traoon refuses to give me his name and he was acting in arrogant and bad attitude , and when i insisted to call manger , sabah called the manger on duty and while i was waiting for hime she told to the African man concierge to remove traoon hidden alchol drink from under his office apparently they couldn’t do their job correct and behave well with customer because he is drunk , you can make sure through cctv camera At reception All this happen on 5/5/2022 time 11:05 The time delivery lady gave my item to reception was 09:00 am on 5/5/2022 Even Though the manger apologizes on behalf of them , but both of them they haven’t apologized and when i came down again for checkout didn’t apologize or thanks for staying at hotel I write up all of this so you as management will be aware that you have vey good staff who represents hotel very well such as nishan and amajad but unfortunately you have staff who have vey bad attitude arrogant and unprofessional such as taroon and sabah which makes my experience with hotel very bad at end . I received as well i call from lady varsha she told me that It shows in system I didn’t check out though i have checkout at 11:30 am. And the one i gave him the room card was taroon and i was standing for 10 min in reception and he told me he check me out you can refer to CCTv camera at reception This guy is ruining the reputation of ramee grand hotel and spa and apparently he is trying to be mean to customers and he meant to not to do my checkout so the hotel will charge me for extra night though i have checked out and left hotel from front door next reception at 11:30 am today . This need immediate action The manger who i spoke to him , his name is sameer he witness the incident .…
Wouldn’t really call this a 5* more like 3*-4*. Several issues from the offset. - due to our flight time we checked in after 5pm and the room wasn’t ready - upon entering the room and using the bathroom both sinks were blocked - in the booking I had stated I needed a cot for my baby - this wasn’t in the room when we entered - breakfast the next morning was mediocre and not matching the standards of a 5* hotel. As a frequent traveller who regularly stays in 4*/5* hotels this hotel did not meet the expected standard. We were very disappointed.
We had our worst experience of a Friday Brunch in Ramee Grand Hotel and Spa in Seef. We went there last Friday, 4th February 2022, and had our worst ever experience, where the food tasted awful and service is terribly terribly frustrating, disappointing, everything is just terrible, beyond the description of the word terrible. We arrived at 1230 and started ordering our food around 1245 for starter and it came around 2PM. Let me run down our terrible experience in this below the mediocre hotel. 1. Hummus is no longer fresh and already smells. 2. No water on the table and when we asked for it, the lady just poured some on our glasses but did not even leave the bottle. Asked for Coke and was given one without the taste of the soda like it was poured from an opened can already, like left overs from other guests. Asked for watermelon juice and it came after 45 minutes. this is after making rounds of follow up. 3. Manager came to ask if we are enjoying the food when in fact only the hummus and koboos is on the table, to which we replied that we haven't started eating because we are still waiting for the soup. 4. Soup came after one, upon making several follow-ups. 5. Ordered appetizers after asking for the soup but the appetizers also came after one hour. This is only after I already made a scene otherwise, they would not even give you attention. But they are busy serving only one table. When they finally brought some appetizer, it was even the wrong order and then we have to wait again for another 30minutes to get the correct food. 6. When the appetizers slowly were served one by one, we already asked the Manager himself if we can now order the main course because they are very slow in serving the food, that is if they will remember serving it to you, without you following it up from them. 7. He gladly have taken our orders, at around 2PM, which my daughter even checked the time after placing the orders. 8. At 330PM, we have no other choice but to again make a follow-up on our main course order because they will close at 4PM or so. 9. A lady server at least took notice of us and tried to assist but as expected, we were served the wrong food again. I have no choice but to ask for the Manager again, who cannot be seen at the outlet already and when he came, he said you ordered wagyu right, and I said yes, but we did not order for lamb chops and sheesh kebab bu rather we order for Wagyu, Fish in Oyster, Buttered Chicken and Carbonara. Finally, the food came at 4PM, ordered desserts at 4PM and even their desserts choices are awful, they do not have cake only mousse and have to even ask for the fruit platter from the appetizer, it was really a terrible experience. After trying the dessert, the Fish (without the oyster sauce as per their menu) came around 415 when we are about to leave. PERFECT. Even some of the server cannot understand English properly. The Entertainment is too loud for the small place. We did not go there for a concert. And their manager is so busy taking video of the band like it was their first gig which I find disturbing. This hotel is a copycat, trying to imitate the renowned, well-celebrated sit-down brunch of Flavours on 2 but they did not even make it the least. Their menu says "On your table" but the only food they served was Hummus and Koboos and the rest you can order; if that is the case, don't use the heading as "ON YOUR TABLE". It was extremely disappointing because there were only 4 TABLES occupied and they cannot even manage to handle us all properly. The wagyu that they claim to serve you is not a wagyu at all, there's no marbling of the fats and it was extremely tough. They also served a PALM SIZED wagyu. The Manager did not even ask us how do we want our steak to be done. He even told us that we can re-order repeatedly. And yes, you can order as much as you want, repeatedly, but DO NOT EXPECT IT TO BE SERVED... :) If you don't know how to do it properly, then just don't do it at all. Otherwise, your guests will only suffer because of you're incompetency. Everything is at its worst. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AND WE WILL NOT ENDORSED IT. We do not want our friends to go through the same terrible lunch experience. We felt like we were scammed....!…
The room was really nice and spacious and have so many options for food choices and restaurants. Varsha was so accoomodating, courteous, kind and professional. Will be back for sure with the family next time in Bahrain.
I had gone there with my family for weekend stay. The rooms are very big and clean. The view from rooms is excellent. We had even eaten their breakfast in Lemon Tree. It was veey well priced and totally worth it. Its a must stay hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel for a period of 11 days at a stretch. Rooms are fantastic, I love the hospitality at this place. Have dined at Serai and Ruka, both are the best in Bahrain for Arabic and Japanese respectively. Entertainment quotient at Serai is mesmerizing. I have also been to Antaliya their after party place. A great fun place to be! Another great experience one should never miss is their spa. My recommendation is to book this hotel with all meals inclusive as this is the best in the region for great food.
I Stayed there with a friend on 31st 1 Foods and services were astounding and very hygienic accommodation I have ever visually perceived in this hotel way of taking aliment oder perfect and there is redlion that was so nice 2 rooms were cleaned and maintained and they are doing aslo sanitizing everyday rooms and give accommodation according to COVID19 guideline, I visually perceived there everyone bearing a face mask and hand gloves very safe I had stayed in Ramee Grand in this condition The worst part is that there is the person who dropped me in my room from concierge his designation I cerebrate (SALIK) he doest kens how to verbalize with a person he is the way of verbalizing is egregious and arguing on my request with me. Must be management take action against this kind of staffs who do not ken how to handle the customer in this condition. later on, the front office manager came to solve my quandary…
Pro: Massive rooms Central location Cons: Both Bathroom sinks did not drain water. Itchy bed / bed linen. Damp smell, probably due to water not draining in sinks. Also duvet cover was open, so the duvet would slip out & when placed against your body it feels scratchy.
I enjoyed a lot in staying at Rami Grand, everything was beautiful, starting from the receptionists until the time I left the hotel, as the hotel was nice to deal and the chest was spacious .. The food is delicious and the rooms are clean and modern I hope to return to him again at the earliest opportunity 👍🏻💕✨
